DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!
Being happy in this place means you don't mind your maintenance requests being completed for weeks, with you having to contact emergency maintenance just to get someone over. I lived in my apartment for a year and didn't get my broken fridge swapped out until 11 months later when it finally broke down and I lost over $200 worth of food. Management is incompetent, and are swapped out on a regular basis, along with maintenance and the property upkeep crew. This is the first place I lived in that changed office managers and maintenance guys more than 4 times in the span of a year. I finally left when they raised the rent with no notice and fabricated charges that they fraudulent took out of my security deposit. Top to bottom the company that owns this property and everyone involved are frauds. Not worth the headache.

Love living here
Apartments are nicely redone. Management is always polite and helpful. Neighbors are all very nice and quiet. We’ve lived here for over two years but unfortunately work has taken us elsewhere and we are relocating at the end of the week.

Management is pathetic
This apartment company is pathetic. They impose extremely strict rules on the tenants and are awful at keeping up with basic help if anything needs to get done. They ask for a perfect tenant and they are beyond awful landlords. I would highly recommend going somewhere else or documenting everything because its just a matter of time before they screw you over.

The management is so bad.
The management is so bad. They dont take care stuff. Wont try to help you to fix thing. And they charge the rent is really depends. Be careful they might ask you more money.
