Property Ratings at Madison House
Great community in a great location! I've been here several months and am so happy i made this choice!
I lived here about 3 years ago and I will swear never to live here again!!!! We moved in with the promise of so many things amenities, services, and the ability to extend our lease after the first year staying at the same rate! Welp that didn’t happen and the places is always trashed! If you’re looking at this place go ahead and look the other direction and act like this place doesn’t exist!
Change ownership frequently, trash stacks up often. The walls are thin, you'll hear everything your neighbors are doing. Property Management makes minimal effort to communicate.
Love it here so far move in was easy had all the stuff I needed like a wifi box and stove. Very clean and quiet. Carpets are nice and so are the counters
I haven't had any problems seem like a great place to live. I'm just moving in and getting to know the area. The office staff are very friendly and helpful and got me in very quickly.
The Neighbors are Friendly, there's no loud noise. The manager is kind and the apartment it self is very nice and clean. Absolutely no bugs. Everything as of now i would definitely recommend this apartment complex to someone if asked me.
I love leaving. The place is beautiful and we have a wonderful community. The place is secure and I think I be here until I find my own house.
A great apartment the staff is amazing and I love being in a community where it’s nice and quite and I have no worries. The areas is a great place
Quiet neighborhood, access to many stores/ restaurants, and property is well maintained. Trash has been an issue, as the compactor often gets backed up
We moved 1 month ago. At first we had problems with the unit we would move in but the staff find a solution. Their no noise issue, the pool is great for kids and olders.
A wonderful community to live in. Have been here for a year now and I'll say management has always been responsive to maintenance. Overall, my experience is good
Great place to live very safe the office staff are very accommodating, professional, overall polite I would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for amenities, safety, and a clean environment
Beautiful property. Love the pool and fitness center. Noticed that some people aren’t picking up their dog poop hopefully that changes. But other than that so far so good
Nicely quiet community with a comfortable living space and apartment size. Easy parking in the community. Occasionally the garbage compactor will malfunction, however the complex is quick to get this fixed.
I like living here is a safe here to stay and neighbors are wonderful. The only thing is people with dogs don't clean their dogs poops after walking them out.
It’s a nice place to live but People keep reporting that their cars are getting broken into. This happened to me as well. The trash lines up the walkway, the entrance to my side of the complex seems to be broken all the time and management is constantly changing for some reason. It’s nice to live close to everything.
Overall, the area is safe and quiet with easy access to many grocery stores and fast food restaurants. The apartments- they look very nice at first glance, but the longer you’re there the more you realize that they were cheaply/ quickly made. Even when I moved in (to a brand new apartment) there were knicks on most of the doors and some paint in places it shouldn’t be. The layout instead very well thought out, as when I open the fridge the door hits the wall, and sand for the cabinets. Trash has been an issue all year, and their solution was to have us pay for valet trash. I guess my expectations were higher considering the price and the fact that it was a brand new complex. Management has changed twice since last summer- not sure that’s a great sign.
Good place to live, quiet. New owners seem to be taking care of the complex. The people are nice around here and keep it clean. Would recommend for the price.
I like the new management team. I have already seen improvemts. The grounds are kept clean and the trash is not stacked up. It's a very quiet and I love the variety of birds that come around. I've had a Cooper's hawk, and a Re tailed hawk sitting out in the trees where the AEP property is.
I love my apartment it’s quiet neighbors are quiet respect and kind. This is a safe environment to walk around and convenient stores to walk to.
Very friendly neighbors and complex keep tenants updated on happening on community events and if your pet gets lost or away from owner the complex will send email out concerning the lost pet I like that and another. thing complex keep the grounds looking nice
crown pointe has been a great community to live in. They become family the way their always there to help and support you within the complex
we are satisfied that we live in these apartments. We like that everything is comfortable, as well as convenient access. It's good that there is a swimming pool, a gym, a recreation area. A supermarket is nearby, which is also great??
The complex has changed management 3 times in the past 2 years, but the complex is nice and quiet, clean and has gym and pool that is also nice
So far in less than a year and I haven’t had any issues yet. Maintenance is up and running. I just love the environment and the building. The only concern is the unavailability of noise proof
Crown Pointe were some very apartments when I moved here last year, but now it’s going down hill. No one is never in the office, dog waste everywhere, there’s always trash on the ground.
Management has changed twice in less than a year and paying rent online is now a complicated process. No recycling system and trash compactor constantly piles up. Big potholes at the entrance and no stop light at Broad St. make it difficult to turn left. Power goes out infrequently but enough to notice that the oven clock is always wrong. Apartments themselves are nice, walking distance from Kroger and driving distance from every fast food place imaginable if that’s your thing.
no one bothers or talks to me grounds are kept clean. its a chill place to stay. staff are helpful and kind and will get back to you quickly
Too much litter around the community areas. Would like to be able to reach office at regular hours. Otherwise we have no complaints. Not 140
Brand new apartments. Very quiet. Has been bought out for a third time in the year I’ve been here. Seems almost impossible to get ahold of anyone or catch someone in the office.
I like it here but.....COMMON SENSE should be a "qualification" for moving in because it's VERY SIMPLE on how to do the trash compactor. I am finding that these appartments were "very quickly and cheaply" built. Blinds fall apart and walls are VERY hard to keep clean. Otherwise it's nice here!
Not a bad place to live. They do need to stay on top of the garbage situation a little more. Other than that, no problems. It is a quiet complex and the people are friendly. It has switched owners twice in the year it has been open.
New management appears to not take pride in what used to be a beautiful complex, filed a complaint recently with the trash situation, the compactor appears to always be broken and piles of trash are left outside, the wind picks up a lot of the trash and it stays on the complex for days, the management team does not pick up the trash that lays around, the water fountains aren’t turned on any more, the gym isn’t cleaned as often or the public bathrooms, the office hours have changed and are closed on the weekends. It appears a new electric crew has moved in and they leave mud every where including stairs and walkways, management does nothing about it, for the price one pays to live here, you may reconsider.
STAY AWAY. A couple months ago, this place was sold by Ardent to Sundance Property. Since then, this property has essentially been abandoned by management. No one is in the office, there is no maintenance team, and garbage has been piling up at the bin for almost 3 weeks. We've tried reaching out to the owners and no one is answering so our next stop is the Housing Authority. Motorcycles and loud cars everywhere. Loud parties in various units and at the pool. Water sprinkler system breaks that flood units. And somehow the water bill is averaged out across all units? Say what? Dog waste is everywhere. Trash is everywhere. In short, this property has been abandoned. DON'T COME HERE.
