I’ve tried so many times at various times of the day and could never reach anyone. Left many voicemails and could never get a call back. Would love to rent from this place but seems understaffed

Its a great place but I experienced rats, roaches and loys of water bugs. Im so happy they have updated the windows causethey was molded.

So far I've really enjoyed staying in the neigborhood. Even if you hear gunshots at night..I still feel pretty safe where I am.

Staff is nice, good apartment, easy to get help with things.

I have been here since 2004 and I love the community and the neighbors. Also it is conveniently located near the plaza west shopping center which have a variety of merchants.

I recommend this community because all maintenance requests receive a timely response and follow up. Maintenance staff always cleans up after themselves!

MHG is a nice community with great amenities. I would only not recommend to friends/family due to outside noise (thin walls) and paint issues when I moved in.

I would recommend this property to any who is a working professional. It is quite, well kept and close to transit.

The property manager Brittany was very knowledgeable and helpful. She made me feel like I could call that caomolex home.

This is a wonderful place to live. I can tolerate the thin walls and barking dogs. I try to be a quiet neighbor who doesn't complain.

No fitness center, other aspects were good, but not exceptional. I was looking for a more serene view. I loved the screened in porch but it overlooked a parking lot.

The management is professional and are super friendly. Lived with you guys in 3 different properties over the last 11 years and have loved it. Love the staff

Prompt maintainence, friendly staff. Apartments are good sizes, quiet area and convenient. Some fixtures are outdated.

I've lived here for about a year, and I love it. The few problems I've had with plumbing, the staff has been very responsive and things got fixed in 24 hours. I'm a young woman living by myself and I've never felt unsafe. There's plenty of lighting in the parking lots and outside the buildings. This is one of the few places I looked at that actually had a washer/dryer and not just the hookups which is a huge plus. The pool is nice and everyone is friendly. This place is a great value for the price and only about 15 minutes from downtown.

Don't move here. In the last mere 7 months, we've experienced the following: Flooding in bedroom (took 1 month to be fixed) Dryer not working on day 1 of move in Stove/oven fan broken Garbage disposal broken Key broke off in lock had to be replaced lol They scheduled preventative maintenance on a day we were not here, so I took an unpaid day off work (because I was worried about my cat, she gets really scared around strangers), and they never came. So I took an unpaid day off for no reason ?? We were charged for the previous tenant's water bill which was egregiously high (like hundreds of dollars) and had to get the city involved Bathroom fan broken Bathroom toilet flooding Rent payment system not working on the 1st And of course every one of these incidents has been an absolute nightmare to actually get someone to fix. You basically have to spend the entire day pestering them to actually get them to come out. And even then half the time the maintenance guys don't know what they're doing and leave things in the same state. **EDIT** We have had even more issues and visits from maintenance since this review was written. To date, we've had 18 maintenance calls in 8 months. We attempted to get our lease terminated early but they would rather have us post this kind of review everywhere apparently.

I have lived here now for 5 years. I have a first floor, large one bedroom apartment that I share with my guy and my dog. I live right by the mailbox hut and the pool. The pool is a dream for me even in the winter. We have so many little animals that call this apartment complex home, it is sweet very sweet. Around the corner maybe two blocks from my front door, I have a grocery store and a Dollar Tree. A slew of eating places My apartment has a washer and dryer in it which saves me wear and tear on my back. I feel safe, comfortable and have had a wonderful experience with maintenance here. The office staff as well as the maintenance staff have seen me at my worse and at my best and they have loved me through it all. They adore my dog, Maab and treat her well when they are in my apartment...no...my home. Renewing my lease was painless and I had no problem doing it for yet another year. Judy Aversano, Raleigh NC

Older apartments but spacious and clean with new appliances. Can walk for groceries and fast food. Included are a washer and dryer so no need to spend the weekends at a laundromat. Nice Pool and tennis courts. Easy access to freeways, shopping centers and University. Staff is always helpful and considerate. Repairs are done in a timely manner, Surrounded with trees, a very comfortable setting.
