Nice apartments, Nice management.

We lived here for a year, and had a very positive experience. The building itself is pretty dated, but the inside of our apartment had a much more modern feel to it. The lady who oversees the building lives onsite, and was always very prompt and friendly. We loved how close it was to the bars and walkways downtown. The only complaint I think I could come up with is that the building itself is a little aged- but it never really bothered us!
