great place to be
I have be a been tenant in this complex for over six years. The laundry room has four washers and six dryers. open from 8 am to 10 pm. The neighbors are great and friendly. It is quiet and peaceful. This is a gated community with a call box at the main entry. The apartments are energy efficient and my SDG&E bill proves it to be true. BBQ in the back and a playground for the children. Not to forget the pool which has benches and tables with umbrellas. Carport parking with remote access and the only way in is with a key. The grounds are kept clean and green. Here it is drug free, no loud parties,no fighting. Best place to be living in El Cajon. Plan on sthere.aying
