Property Ratings at Madison Park
About a year and a half in and had my car was towed for parking in the property ( with a temporary parking in the car due to being followed from the visitors parking into the apartment complex and my car being hit in the visitors) paid $400 to get it taken out and was told it was my responsibility. Kids jumping into my patio and having items stolen from there, homeless is always an issue here, the trash room and apartment complex in general is always filled with tons of trash. Had my tailgate and personal belongings stolen in broad daylight today 9/7/24. No cameras anywhere on property. Management is terrible, so rude and says that theft isn’t their problem and it’s in their leasing contract. Another person had their catalytic converter stolen the same day as my stuff. They mentioned this is now the 2nd time it’s happened since they moved in, in February 2024. Not only that, they will constantly shut off the water due to an “ emergency “ for hours on end, with only providing an email AFTER shutting the water off. Also, read the fine print. They require a 60 day notice when moving out, even if your safety is a concern. They do NOT care. They only want your money. Also, Tow trucks will hide either on the top parking and under the garage at 8 AM and with scout cars without stickers or temporary passes and will take your cars at 8:50 am, also damaging your car when being towed. They also raised the rent by $200 in just one year.
I wish I could give it a 0, hallways with trash and gnats flying around. Charge 100 to pay your rent online. Roach infestation literally bad. They will tow your car for anything even with sticker on it. Dog poop everywhere they only keep the office building nice. This place is a dump and expensive I would never recommend this this place
They charge you for everything and even have hidden fees plus they charge you for a consignment service to pay your bill not to mention the renewal surprise of almost $300 dollars more
Where to start? The hallways reek of trash and parking is a nightmare. There is a good deal of theft, and you'll wake up in the middle of the night because of people blasting music and roaring their cars. Dogs are always barking. Security is practically nonexistent, and with no cameras people frequently sneak past the gates. You get charged for every utility imaginable and won't get your security deposit back. The surrounding area is sketchy and there's no good food. Rent is simply too high for this place.

Management must have been replaced or have gotten better bc Rebecca and Amanda are amazing and attentive. Pandemic period: We just got access to the gym 9-5pm so downfall is you can workout before or after work. Theater is here but not available. I’d prefer a reservation based so be can use what we thought we were paying for. Pool is accessible now to everyone, no guest policy due to Covid. However, the spa is finally open. None favorites are the gates locked all around the pool and complex. That scares me bc what if you need to run for safety we’d all have to squeeze out of one gate. Not smart The tennis courts are here but not open. IDK why but that’s a pretty distant sport. I can’t wait for them to open so I can roller skate on smooth pavement. Weird thing is the fire pit next to the playground. Not my forte but not horrible...oh BYOCHAIR Apartment: DO NOT SIGN THE CHECK LIST BEFORE YOU CHECKLIST -Take a picture print two copies of problems to staple to the checklist. You’ll thank us later. -make sure the filter for the vents are changed out. It’s not on the checklist but they claim they have. If you are allergic to anything you want that done. I love it here bc it’s quite. Not a lot of noise at all. Even with the thin walls, everyone is pretty quite and to themselves but always says hi. I love that! I honestly think it’s great!
This is a great place to live, very convenient for everything
This is a great place to live. Maintenance is prompt. Resident services have some of the greatest attitudes. 24 hours gym. Security patrol all night.
I came here a year ago, it was nice, but they raise the rent almost $100 the parking is horrible, unless u pay $50 a month amenities is very good pools is great, cleaning is bad gym is getting worse by time, some equipment is not working very big rooms and great walk-in closets very big balcony very pricey considering to Anaheim area price differentiation among tenants staff not very friendly
New owners took over a couple of months ago. They changed the parking and now it is worse than before. The maintenance is better now with the new owners. Your rent will increase every time you renew your lease. Not all dog owners pick up after their dogs and they charge $50 for each pet per month. The property is nice they keep it clean but the worst thing is the parking. You can pay $50 extra a month for a reserved spot or if you come home after 5 or 6 there will not be any spots open so you have to park in overflow and walk.
I have to say these apartments are very nice looking, well taken care of. Feels like home once you step in! prices are ver affordable best of all dogs are allowed! Its hard to find apartments like this. i really recommend anyone!
Very luxury looking, rent is very affordable. Apartment is nice, clean and cozy! Staff here are very kind and respectful. Treat you like family. i reccomend it 100%
Coming from a 40 unit apartment with loud neighbors, lack of on site service and poor leasing office communication you would think that a 700 unit complex would be ten times worse. Madison Park Apartments in Anaheim completely blew my expectations out of the water with their resourceful maintenance staff and on site resident team. Three pools, a fitness center, conference and media rooms and a fully equipped theater makes this home feel more like a resort. Try it for yourself, because there is not one regret you would have when making this large community your home.
I have been living here for two weeks and so far it is one of the better apartments I have lived in. There was a switch to a new office management system therefore there were some minor miscommunication issues when it came to moving in. Once moved in the staff was very helpful. The pool is nice. The main offices have a lot of amenities to cut you costs in other areas including s computer room with free printing. A scanner. And free wifi in the main office's study rooms. The apartment themselves are pretty spacious. Thick walls as well. I rarely hear anything from my neighbors. Kind of expensive for a place to live but the amenities and property make up for it.
I am a full time college student & having my rent paid for would be less stress & a dream come true!
Madison Park apartments is aesthetically beautiful. We fell in love when we came and toured it. I've lived here for a year now, and i've seen it go through some major changes. The complex is now under new management, and they've been renovating to make it even better. Theres three pools, a full gym, tennis courts, a theatre, a play room for the kiddies, and 24 hour access to the mail room. The new security has really improved safety in the complex. The only negatives I experienced were in my first apartment, which had a really bad leak that got into an electrical socket and a broken garbage disposal, but they moved me to a new and bigger apartment for the same price and lease as my original one. Also, its a pretty penny to live here, but you pay for what you get. overall I had a great experience, wish I used the amenities more and could stick around for the renovations!
