Playgrounds, ball fields, and walking trails are just a few of the recreational perks in this small community. With great public schools and the Enterprise State Community College, the city of Enterprise is an education hub for both Coffee and Dale Counties.
Enterprise even has its own unique history to share with its residents. The famous Boll Weevil Monument stands in the city as a reminder to the community of how Enterprise adjusted in the face of adversity after this agricultural pest ate the cotton crops.

Property Ratings at Madison Park Apartments
Good facilities, close to Fort Rucker, you get exactly what you pay for. The property manager Leighann does an excellent job taking care of her tenants and understands the needs of military tenants. Work orders and services always handled in a timely manner. Would recommend for Community is safe and close enough to all amenities in greater Enterprise.
My time is up at Rucker but just wanted to leave a review since I enjoyed living here at Madison Park for the past almost 2 years. I’ve never had any issues, the few maintenance issues I ever had, maintenance came right out and is super friendly. The ladies in the leasing office are very helpful and nice. There was never a single day or night I came home and couldn’t find a parking spot directly in front of my doorway. My apartment was in great condition, kept up and still looked new. The finishes were much more modern here than the other apartments in Enterprise that made the couple dollars more a month worth it for me. My neighbors move in/out very often due to the amount of Rucker soldiers. Some of them were noisy but you’re going to have that issue any where in this area. I definitely recommend living here!
