There are plenty of highly-rated schools at every level in Greater Thornton, the more rural and suburban area that surrounds the heart of the city, making this an ideal place for families with children. Stunning views and unparalleled natural beauty make this part of Thornton popular with nature lovers as well, but all residents will get to enjoy the beauty of the Rockies.

Property Ratings at Madison Park
The surroundings are pleasant, the staff (office and maintainence) are professional. Grounds are well kept and the apartments are great!
Crime in the area- neighbors cars stolen, ours broken into, stolen cars and shady people in the lot
This place is very pleasant, appealing, safe area and clean appeal compared to where we came from.
The last time that we lived in an apartment was over 40 years ago. We have been very happy with the situation here at Madison Park, all of the staff are very responsive and friendly.
The management and maintenance have really blown me away at this complex so I would definitely recommend this complex to someone else.
The community is well kept, open and clean. So far, it feels as though residents are valued.
The maintenance crew here is phenomenal. Every other complex I have lived in has had people that either leave a mess, don't know what they are doing, or are very unprofessional.
I love my home and as I say frequently. I would buy our apartment if I could!!
My requests and needs are always met in a timely and professional manner.
Grounds are very well kept. Quick response if there are maintenance issues. For the most part pretty quiet.
So far everyone I have had any interaction with has been very knowledgeable and professional
Love the attentiveness management has. Best managed apartments I've lived at in the Denver metro area.
The lead maintenance man (Rogelio) has been exceptional in his service and professionalism in the 12 years we have lived here.
It is a good community with little to no issues.
Madison Park has been nothing but good to us all around great community to live in. The maintenance personnel are so professional and do a fantastic job! Thank you for everything.
The staff of both office and maintenance are the best people. Always friendly and respectful.
The community has so far been quiet and the maintenance is readily available within short notice.
It seems that alot of the issues we have are based on just getting the thing we need. Like refrigerator dishwasher bedroom door just want those things done but everything g else is good.
So far, this has been an amazing community. Very quiet with nicely built apartments. I imagine my maintenance request would have been addressed faster if it had been a plumbing issue or something more serious. I've only been here a few weeks but really enjoy it so far!
Madison park is a lovely community to be a part of. My daughter and I are glad to be back amongst hard working individuals who care about where they live.
I'm very much impressed by the cleanliness of the community and, the beautiful grass flowers and trees throughout the property.
The maintenance personnel is awesome here!
100% I would recommend this community
Its clean and the apartments are nice. Id recommended MP to friends.
Well kept and quiet community
We love our apartment and have told everyone about it
Very nice clean roomy complex no one bothers
Maintenance after move in was completed very quickly and Courtney was helpful throughout the process! The apartment and grounds are really nice as well.
This is a great place to live. The maintenance staff keeps the grounds clean and pretty. I'm especially grateful for their snow removal skills!
Long time resident I'm happy here

This apartment community is awful. The office staff sadly is very rude and extremely unhelpful. The noise is very loud a combination of noisy neighbors and traffic from people digging through the 2 overflowing dumpsters. These apartments are very outdated. Everything breaks and it takes weeks and several calls to the corporate office to resolve. Additionally, many temporary fixes are not safe. Please save yourself the headache and pick a different home. There are many in the area that are in a similar price range, not out dated and who want the apartment to be comfortable and quiet.

Location, Location, Locatuion, I also love all the neighbor area walking paths
I would recommend the apartments because the grounds are well maintained and it’s very quiet.
Its an easy hassle free place to live. Nice staff.
Love the community and location and never had any problems
The office staff is extremely helpful and nice. Move in was easy. The apartment is beautiful, well maintained, spacious and perfect.
It is a beautiful property. I think out of the apartments I saw one of them would work for my husband and me.
I e lived here for 11 years. I love Madison Park and all the employees!!
they are a little pricey, but so far as i can tell they are worth it.
I have lived here for almost 4 years. The staff from day one of looking at the apartments to signing the first lease and everyday since have always treated me with respect and been very professional and friendly.
Everything has ridiculous hidden fees. Water Bill's have a 5$ convenience charge to pay online. 200$ move In fee from the office. I have to pay for valet tradg service? I'm not a lazy person, I don't need to pay for something to take my trash.
Great location, great apartment layout, friendly & helpful office staff.
I would recommend this community, but that person would need to decide if it fits their need. I think they would need to see my place to get a feel for what they want.
This apartment complex is in a secluded location away from major traffic. Which is very comfortable and a lake by the property.
Maintenance came in the same day and fixed the issue within minutes. I would recommend Madison Park to family and friends because of the professionalism, cleanliness and overall great living experience.
This maintenance staff is so much better. They do their job and are definitely more professional.
I would recommend it because this place holds a standard in keeping the value and place clean. The apartment is really nice very welcoming
I would recommend it because it's quiet, clean and the staff is friendly, efficient, caring and responds so quickly.
