Decent price, good location
This apartment is in a good location for anyone looking to live in Manhattan without paying exorbitant prices. It is close to the 4/5/6 and 2/3 trains, with an easy commute to downtown. The apartment has lots of light and a good amount of space for Manhattan (approximate 900 square feet). The only downsides are the lack of a dishwasher and laundry facilities in the building. The landlady and building management have been responsive to any issues or repairs that have come up.
