Madison Pointe Apartments is like finding a cozy oasis in the heart of the city. The community vibes are friendly, the amenities are top-notch, and the location couldn't be more convenient. But what truly sets Madison Pointe apart is Nettie. She's like the sunshine on a rainy day—always there with a warm smile and a caring attitude. Whether it's helping with maintenance requests or just brightening your day with a friendly chat, Nettie goes above and beyond to make residents feel at home. It's not just an apartment complex; it's a community, thanks to people like Nettie who truly care about the well-being of everyone who lives here.

The apartments are very small and are wildly overpriced for what you get. There's cheap carpet and cheap countertops (not granite or stone) in the "upgraded" units that you pay extra for and the one bedrooms actually cost MORE than a two bedroom apartment. They have sneaky fees that you don't find out about until you sign a lease and the lease is very unfair to the renter (the worst lease I have ever seen). They actually make you pay for 5 additional days of utilities AFTER you've moved out. I have never seen that before in my life. Why should I pay utilities for an apartment that is no longer mine and I have no control over (i.e. they can leave all of the doors and windows open or turn the air down to 65 degrees or run a bunch of equipment). There is also no way to pay rent without incurring an extra fee (there's a fee if you use your bank account, there's a fee if you use a debit card, there's a HUGE fee if you use a credit card, and there's even a fee for automatic payments). This is the cost of doing business, this should be included in the price of rent. They even charge you a 10% fee on the water bill every month. I absolutely 100% regret moving here.

DJ the maintenence technician in Madison Pointe helped me a lot with my work orders and did a great job. Also i am very happy with the other staff members hard work at Madison Pointe too.

I recently moved out of Madison Pointe but only because I bought a home. If not for that, I would have stayed there for much longer. Brian, the Service Manager, is the best! He is loved by all the residents. Everyone in the office knows all the residents by name (and their pets too!).

Convenient location, near Lucky's, chipotle, Lowes, Burlington, you name it and it's within a 1 mile radius. Plus the best apartment staff I have ever worked with, really friendly and considerate.

I have really enjoyed it here. The community is nice and in a great location.

So Madison Pointe wasn't originally on my list, but the one I wanted was way put of my price range. They suggested Madison Pointe because it had similar features but cost less. I got to tour and it was great! The upgrades here are pretty much the exact same as the place I wanted but Madison Pointe is almost $200 cheaper! Granite countertops aren't worth an extra $200 a month. And it is more square feet which is great since I always have family visiting from out of state. If I ever have an issue Brittany, Kalie or the new girl Amber help me right away and the maintenance guys are always to my place in less than a day (they wall mounted my TV for me) and come to do preventative stuff like switch my air filter. I highly recommend touring, especially the upgraded apartment, you can tell they take their time to make it perfect for you. I'm half way through my lease and have resigned for next year!

I do not have enough good things to say about this place! Every time I walk into the office, they are so sweet, kind, and helpful and truly make it feel like home. Kalie is absolutely fantastic! Management takes great care of the entire community, from the landscaping to the apartments. The amenities are more than what I could ever ask for, I love using the pool and gym. The resident events they throw are suuuuper fun! I have lived in other apartment complexes in Gainesville, and the maintenance staff here is top notch. I used to have to wait weeks to get anything done, but not here - they are so quick. I hope I never have to leave Gainesville because I would miss this place way too much! Lira, Brittany, and everyone - keep doing what you are doing. Ya'll are my apartment heroes!

Such a wonderful place to live, staff is always up to par. Quick and efficient caring neighborhood, pieceful.

I love the courtyards and porches. The community has lots of trees and it is peaceful. I have enjoyed it here.

I love the big closets and the screened porch is a big plus. This is a nice location. I have enjoyed it here and look forward to more years!

i been living in madision pointe since feb and me and my family really love this place very clean very nice here never seen trash anywhere ill give them thrree thumbs up the maintenance mens here are very nice they come in with a smile fix whatever needs fix im very please with the office staff here the pool always clean and the neighbors are always friendly nice and quiet neighborhood really enjoying my stay here out of all places i live before

I am a grad student at the University and I first rented my 3/3 with my family in July 2015. I must say, this is a great place to live. Lira (don't recall her last name) is the property manager and she has been very responsive to all my needs. Both in terms of when I first moved in and during the course of the year. Property is kept very clean, neighborhood is very quiet, although I could use more foliage in front of my apartment. The maintenance staff are all excellent and really care about your happiness at home. I re-rented for another year and am looking forward to it! The place just got new exercise equipment and looks great. From time-to-time, parties revolving around the holiday's, are given and are always well stocked with fun food and drink (soda's only....too bad!..... :)) Pool is kept super clean which is very important to me.

Last year I move 4 times around the Gainesville area Unable to find a place that I feel HOME. Until I find Madison Point apartment Since day one I feel find and during the last 16 month I am now GREAT. Any needs is a priority here. Security improved commodities and space in the apartment are great. I been hunting different places and the space in the living room is unique Very quiet area. Any situations are been manage by a well train personnel.

This place is awesome the staff here are great and wonderful they've helped me out with a lot from the beginning. they have mini parties for the complex that brings people together always feel welcomed when i walk in i wish i wasn't leaving but i have too if you are looking for a place in G town this is it right here

This apartment complex is very nice and quiet. The neighbors keep to themselves and I feel very safe staying alone at night. The gym that is offered to be 24/7 with an access code changes sometimes without the residents being told about it and they haven't fixed the lock in a while. Other than that the management is very polite and helpful. They come and fix problems in a timely manner which is very helpful. The pool is wonderful! I have renewed my rent because it's the perfect place for me.

This 1/1 apartment is so spacious with a washer and dryer and HUGE wall in closet; all for a reasonable price. A few things needed to be fixed when we moved in but they were taken care of immediately(great customer care)! It so peaceful here and this is by far the best apartment I have lived in Gainesville, FL. I finally feel like myself and am home.

If you are looking for a great place to live that has a spacious screened in patio, huge walk in closets, multiple places for storage and a staff that loves what they do and are ready to help this is the place! It is a great community that is quite and laid back with a beautiful swimming pool, basketball court, and tennis court. Madison Pointe is located about 3 miles away from UF and is located less than a mile away from 4 different grocery stores.

I've lived at MP for two years- my boyfriend and I moved here because we wanted a quiet place where he could finish his degree, and an easy commute for me to work. It's been a really nice place to live, it's a beautiful area and really close to everything in between 13th and 39th so good drive for me to work, and he takes the bus right outside the gate. Our apartment is big and comfortable, the maintenance staff is timely and friendly, and the office staff is nice. It's been nice living here and we will be sad to leave when he graduates.
