big bedroom closet space is small & is the laundry room as well. does half the load of a normal washer. second bedroom closet door does not close all the way due to incorrect cut.covered window with plastic due to poor insulation of windows.Flushing the toilet or running water can effect shower. One bathroom has a sticky door. They have "fixed it" several times. ceiling fans in both that turn on with light but only make noise.water heater is small. Lost water to apartment 5 times since living here Smoking is allowed in the apartments, can smell smoke in the building hallway, in bathroom, livingroom and kitchen. Reporting does nothing.kitchen has a tiny microwave so normal size bowls & plates may not fit Also you may find smells from kitchen below coming up in to the cabnets as well. You cannot run a lot of things off the plugs like a coffee & air fryer at same time, or fuse blows. Floors are thin & can hear the neighbors below closing doors & talking loud. The seals around the front door/windows are bad. I can smell what others cook for dinner sometimes. The walls are thick inbetween apartments. I can lightly hear dogs barking next door but across the hall carries into into the apartment more. carpet is old, shaggy, & not cleaned well when we moved in. neighbor also said their carpet had to be vaccummed many times to feel semi clean. We had them clean the carpet again before we moved in & used 4 baking soda to get rid of wet dog smell. The closet in the 2nd bedroom smelled like a litter box. We still find lots of dog hair still. The vents are covered in thick layers of paint so clearly have not been cleaned in a very long time.The door to the building in front & back open only with a key. The "buzzer" option located at the front door makes a noise & allows you to talk to the person. It no longer allows you to buzz people into the building.The roof is flat & not much between the top floor apartment ceiling & the roof itself. The insulation is weak & when it rains, it is very loud. extra for the covered parking &the lot gets full fast sometimes. No options to park on side streets either.The side of the fence looks like it was ripped open by a crazed dog. sharp pieces pointing out making it a big safty hazard.Alot of the bushes on the property have thorns on them. They tend to leave the trimmings on the ground. The maintence men drive the golf carts around on the grass taring up the grounds.weird bugs and we pay mthly for pest control

Do not rent here. The communication is crap if you’re trying to get an issue resolved or would like to dispute any issues. The property manager is apparently always “Busy“ and will not return calls or emails. The townhome we rented was nasty. Definitely not cleaned and ready for a new tenant move in. The so called up grades didnt even fit properly in their spaces. We found drug paraphernalia in the vents which my husband had to clean after we moved in due to them being disgusting. Upon move out we were charged for a few things, which I accepted. When going to pay, on my portal it said that charges had been reversed. I called to verify this stating in the voicemail that I had to leave I didn’t want charges going to collections so please confirm that charges had been dropped. No one ever returned our call and we were sent to collections. When I called the office to discuss this, the leasing manager told me it was out of their hands. So I asked to speak to the property manager. Sureprise, surprise she was too busy to speak to me. The leasing manager said she would send an email for the property manager to get back to me, and well she never did. Our mail was never delivered correctly. i would receive our neighbors mail or not get things at all that we were waiting on. When talking to the office they said not our problem. I spoke to the post office and they said all mail was being delivered correctly. I know other residents that were having issues as well and the office just didn’t want to deal with it. It should not be up to the residents when there is a large problem at hand. Outlets went out all over our townhome. We even lost a deep freezer full of beef, over $1000 worth. Plus other meats we had in there. If we had the microwave going we could not run any other appliance that we would try to plug in. We constantly had to go downstairs to flip the circuits. I could hardly ever use my hair dryer without a circuit going out. The toilets didn’t work properly. We called maintenance many times and they would claim everything was fine or do a “temporary” fix. Then the problem would happen all over again. The bathrooms seemed to have been never cleaned properly. My husband had to buy special products and tools to clean the toilets properly. The amount of black build up made up all gag. I could go on and on, but I feel this gets the point across.

Was harassed by office staff and threatened to be kicked out several times for an issue that wasn’t even us. They once sent an email to us saying that the children who was writing with chalk on their property would be charge with graffiti if it didn’t stop.. WHAT! Seriously? Also have maintenance issues that they have to keep addressing bc they refuse to actually fix the problems.

This is a nice place to live. 24 hour maintenance, a pool and workout room, small dog park, and it's very close to Manchester road.
