I recently moved into a two bedroom apartment with my younger sister and omg are we in love with it. My favorite thing to do is cook and the kitchen lit with natural light during the morning time with coffee in hand makes me feel at home. Just moved in on 10/26 and unfortunately the apartment had a couple down sides. I don't have hot water and the water floods when I turn on the sink or the shower. They had to move my move in date which original was 10/24 as well but I'm glad they were able to work something out for me. But this apartment has a lot of problems that need to be fixed. Even on the outside the ground is all MUD. No grass nothing to cover when it rains. Very disappointing for the first move in especially with what I'm paying for. Only reason I'm giving it a 3 star is because front desk is very nice and helpful.

Like it so far, has a great location and a lot of places are really close, like the South Park mall or Barnes and noble my fav place. There is a grocery store and a Pharmacy really close too which is convenient. So far so good.

Just moved in and it’s been great so far. Any small problems they were quick to come resolve the issues. I came and the house smelled great and the leasing gas era were great aswell.

It's fine. Luxury as an adjective is a bit of a stretch of course. Maintenance requests were usually completed promptly, but we had to submit quite a few at the beginning of our lease. The deck feels like it's leaning in one direction, so I don't like to go out there. Valet trash is awful; I end up taking it out myself most times, and I put it out on time every single time. The trash situation is also annoying because we are charged a valet trash fee and a trash usage fee--I'm paying almost 50 dollars to do this myself. I can hear my neighbor's slightest movements. It's mostly clean and relatively safe, so that's why it is getting it a 3/5.

A lot more spacious than our last place, I like the open concept on the kitchen and living room. The neighbors are quiet, and it’s a very secluded, wooded area through the complex which I enjoy.

Old buildings, staff is not helpful, and it’s expensive. They have new rules all the time, but not much in the apartment works. Maintenance takes forever to fix things and the community is not really taken care of.

I've been here a month and so far the community is pretty quiet, except for the street traffic (my building is right across from the ER). I expect this to change once it gets warm outside. The apartment needs a lot of updating but the good thing is the maintenance team is quick to respond and take care of the requests.

The inside of the apartments are really old. A lot of things break, maintenance takes forever to fix things. Windows are super old and let cold air come through. It’s definitely not a luxury apartment.

Not worth the money. Maintenance is always an issue. Every month it seems like someone new is around driving the golf carts. Kids always in the gym, destroying equipment. Several randoms coming in and out of gym. As huge as the complex is, no security cameras. Make sure doors\ car locked.

Up until now our experience has been awful. We have had to personally visit the office twice a month for 8 months. Our cost of rent has consistently been incorrect.Maintaince has not been addressed,we have been waiting on a duplicate mail key for months.
