Take a walk along Hiram's Main Street -- still fronted by railroad tracks -- and you'll feel as though you've stepped back in time to 1891, when the sleepy railroad town was established. But while the historic downtown reflects the city's past, this is a fast-growing city with an eye on the future. Located in Paulding County, one of the country's fastest-growing counties, Hiram is roughly 24 miles northwest of Atlanta. It is also a short drive from Sweetwater Creek Park, Six Flags Over Georgia, and Dobbins Air Reserve Base.
While Downtown Hiram features locally-owned boutiques and restaurants, the main shopping district is located along Highway 278, where popular stores and a variety of restaurants fill strip plazas. This is also the location of the AMC Hiram 14 Movie Theater and WellStar Paulding Hospital.

I love the the staff engages in the needs of the tenants . Grass is cut every Monday , updates appliances and great respond time’s
The pool, apartments and grounds are taken care of nicely. However, the common areas, stairs, balconies of the apartments are gross. Rent is high to have to clean up and get rid of bugs as a tenant. They need to clean up the wasp and bees nests on all balcony ceilings. Can’t sit outside with bees and wasps flying around. The stairwells need to be power washed to rid of garbage, gross spider webs in all crevices. Balconies should be cleaned before tenant moves in. Pool is great and neighbors we have met at pool are all wonderful.
Paid rent on time every month and got billed for refurbish cost after move out. Management claimed pet stains in carpet and I didn’t have a pet. Management will come up with excuses that forces you to pay to refurbish the apartment or they will turn you over to a collection agency. The kicker is one of the managers husband owns a construction company. Stay clear.
I lived here over five years, but I am glad to finally move on. My biggest complaints are about their corporate management and the residents. Parking is overbooked near the back of the complex. If you live near buildings 7 or 8 and get home late, there's a good chance you'll end up walking nearly a quarter mile to your door. As far as office staff goes, I don't have any horror stories. They could communicate things better and with more notice, but maintenance was responsive. Their corporate management, however, is greedy. You'll pay over-inflated and nonrefundable application fees to move in, nonrefundable pet fees, plus high water/sewage/trash charges with your rent every month. If you pay your rent online, there are charges for that, too. Make sure you're sitting down when your renewal notice comes. A 10 - 15% increase isn't unusual, especially if they decide to "upgrade" the property. The rent increases were what finally drove me out. Over five years, my rent increased to nearly $300/month more than when I first moved in, and the only thing I had to show for it was a sloppily painted accent wall, a leaky faucet, a wobbly ceiling fan, and some off-brand IKEA-style light fixtures that ate expensive and hard-to-find halogen bulbs. Finally, there's the worst part: the residents. I've never lived among ruder and more inconsiderate people in my life, and I was a college RA. Children run around in the parking lot, scream bloody murder so loudly that you'll literally wonder if you should call 911, stomp on the stairs and shake your walls, and leave the lawns and breezeways trashed with snack wrappers and toys. Of course, there's never a parent to be found. There's also a fair share of dog owners who never clean up or do anything about incessant barking, which you hear all day through the paper-thin walls. Most of the neighbors seem oblivious to the fact that they share space with other people. Drivers crash through the gates, ignore stop signs and drive down the center of the parking lot aisle, stop in the middle and block traffic, and park wherever and however they please (including illegally in fire lanes and accessible spaces). People leave trash in the breezeways and are too lazy to lift and push things into the trash compactor, so it backs up and turns into a 6-foot-tall trash pile every weekend. For these prices, you can find similar (if not nicer) accommodations much closer to the city, many with substantially quieter and more considerate neighbors.
my apartment always fixed things that's wrong, I never have any problems at all it's a nice place to live, the staff are great and maintains a great place to live. my mail is always on time and the upkeep is great. and the people that live around me haven't given me any problems. this is the perfect place in the metro Atlanta Georgia, pool is children ready for fun computer center is great for anyone to use, and to do business , a nice walk to the movie, shopping, restaurants, all in one area.
