Magnolia Creek is a wonderful place to live. Management and all other staff are exceptional and very helpful.
It's just ok. The maintenance team is very good tho and quickly tend to issues. Rent goes up every year with no new amenities or perks to show for it or justify it. No incentives or lowered rent for paying MONTHS early. I HAVE to pay for trash pickup/ valet service even tho I don't want nor need them. I am 24 steps from the dumpster and take my trash there myself, but HAVE to pay for this useless service to me. Makes no sense whatsoever. I have no choice in cable provider and HAVE to use Xfinity, which doesn't allow for shopping for lower prices.

I haven't lived in an apartment complex in over 6 years. Was kind of worried about it. But, Magnolia Creek has been EXCELLENT! From day 1, I was made to feel comfortable and at home. Management goes above and beyond to help, and all staff is super friendly. Love it here!

Absolutely lovely place to live & affordable. Its the most safest place within the area plus awesome electricity service when the places surrounding have a power outage. Layouts of apartments are very home like and catch great lighting. Although even though I love the place, there was a lot of quick fixes with the apartment that could have been done better. Always do the walk through of your apartment & turn in your checklist!

This is our first apartment in Texas and we love it here. Its super quiet for being so close to everything and the floor plan was the best one that we saw. They have storage options for those who need it and the staff are super helpful an accommodating. This is definitely one of the best places we have ever lived.

The best bang for your buck. The office staff is awesome, the maintenance crews are great, the layout of the apartment is practical. It's quiet for being local to just about everything. And everyone pretty much keeps themselves to themselves...though if you need help,they will go out of their way to help and are very personable. It's a good place to live for small families and singles or married without children,just because of the number of bedrooms.... otherwise it's awesome. If there was a 3 bedroom option we'd never move out.

Overall the apartment, but the pricing is a little over rated. It is spacious however, I dislike the carpet everywhere and the outdated appliances. Parking is also horrible you get lucky if you find a spot near your building, I’ve been waiting months for a reserved spot and I will be waiting many more since there is limited reserved parking area. Maintenance and the office staff is great though.

Magnolia Creek Apartments is the safest apatment complex in this area.
2nd rental at this location. Nice property that is well mantained. Helpful Management that seem to be happy that you are there and want to make sure you are satisfied.
Considering the location, amenties, floor plan size, apt. features and the property suffered flood damage during Harvey the property is overpriced if you compare it to newer properties in better locations. Rent has steadily increased however it hasn't been reflected in features inside the apt units ie... no stainless steel appliances, garden tubs, cherry wood cabinets, wood floors, etc. Parking is hit or miss depending on the time you get home and unlike some properties your water bill is not billed for your usage but split amongst all the residents. The apts. Staff and maintenance do a great job helping you with any issues they can realistically resolve. If you have to live in East Houston Magnolia Creek isn't a bad call otherwise, spend the same amount of money or a little more live elsewhere and get a nicer place, with better features , in a better area. Just my 2cents

Anytime we have any issues, it is Always resolved immediately. But then they cal a few days later to follow up and make sure everything is ok. I feel like it’s family checking up on us. Makes us feel special :)

I've been living here at Magnolia Creek for a year. I just re-signed my lease because I love it here. It's quiet. No one just hanging out at all. I actually feel safe here. Management is awesome and so are the guys in the maintenance department.
I have been here for a little over a year and I love it. The bedrooms are very spacious as well as the closets the layout is semi-open so I can see everything especially since I can keep an eye on my daughter. The people that work there are very friendly and as soon as you give them your apartment number they know your name. The people there are friendly and overall I feel safe being there with my daughter. It's somewhat of a small apartment complex but it's comfortable.

This apartment complex is probably one of the nicest in the area, it's affordable and close to downtown. However, I don't like the area. The schools aren't ideal. I've lived here for almost 2 years now but am moving soon to the galleria area because of the school zone.
