The Gulfport-Biloxi Metro is a stunning location on the Mississippi Gulf. The two distinct cities that make up the metropolitan area encompass three different counties: Hancock, Stone, and Harrison. While Gulfport and Biloxi are two separate cities, many locals consider the metro one area.
Gulfport composes the larger portion of the metro and is the second most populated city in the state of Mississippi. The city is a desirable coastal oasis, offering residents a laid-back atmosphere with plenty to do in terms of eating, entertainment, and outdoor activity. Gulfport locals enjoy the perks of paradise, including oceanfront views and white sand, as well as more practical benefits, such as easy access to I-10 for work commutes.
Ocean Springs is a popular location for Gulfport newcomers that offers walkable residential streets, plenty of quality eateries, and a rich culture of creativity. Other popular Gulfport neighborhoods include Long Beach and the Orange Grove.

Property Ratings at Magnolia Crossing Apartments
we have no manager, the person in the office shuts his door. Roaches., homeless person been sleeping in our washroom filthy, dirty for the last month and a half, drugs, mold, and mildew. Worst place to ever live in. Where is Gulfport, Mississippi, and their code enforcement.
As a current resident I promise things might look nice on the outside, the rent might seem cheap(er) than other options, but it's not worth your time or trouble. The first barrier is reaching our landlord, which more often than not, you can't. Their voicemail is full and so is the voicemail for the apartments themselves. Second, once here, you may notice that it is not quite as passable as the pictures entail. Buildings look a little older or maybe have an allergy to paint. The worst part is how you'll be treated once your a member of our little community. See, you may need something. A repair of some sort, maybe you have a bug issue in your apartment, etc... Once you've tossed down the security deposit say goodbye to the landlord, because they disappear. Or worse, they'll tell you they'll have it fixed soon, and two weeks later you're still dealing with the problem, and the landlord won't call you back. To save you time, move past this place. It is not worth it. Sincerely, A current resident of Magnolia Crossing.
Property Manager at Magnolia Crossing Apartments, Responded To This Review
As the new Property Manager I would like to reach out to you and apologize for your negative experience. I am working diligently to make changes. I am in the office 8:00-4:30 Monday through Friday unless I have short errands. In order to be available to my tenants, when I leave the office all calls are forwarded to my my personal cell phone so that tenants do not have a similar experience as you have had in the past. We also have a new maintenance team that is busy taking care of any issues left by the former employees. We are also improving things as we go along in order to provide a safe, pleasant living experience for our current and future residents. I invite you to come by the office and meet and speak with me so that we can address any outstanding issues you may have.
Nice area. Spacious living & very affordable. Comfy & suitable.
