We have been tenants here for 7 years and this community has improved so much since Hawthorne took over management. Brandon and all the staff are very courteous and responsive to our needs. They do a lot for the tenants such as invite local food trucks to the property on a regular basis. The property itself is much cleaner than in the past as well. We love it here!

My husband, son, and I moved to Magnolia House in April of 2017, and we love the amount of space we have in our apartment. The location is very convenient. It is an easy commute to downtown Raleigh, Clayton, Garner, and Knightdale. This location even allows us to place our child in a charter school in the Clayton/Smithfield area while playing sports in Garner. The Walmart and Target in Raleigh, Clayton, and Knightdale are the same distance from our apartment allowing us more choices. Barwell Park nearby is amazing for children. I love that Battle Bridge Shopping Center is in walking distance whenever we prefer to walk there for exercise instead of driving. I am very pleased with our new management company, Hawthorne Residential. They are very professional, and they do nice things for residents like a cookout at the pool, birthday treats at the clubhouse, and inviting amazing food trucks to our community to save us a night from cooking. We love living at Magnolia House Apartments and highly recommend it.

Location is amazing, community is beautiful. The dog park is a great size. The 2 bed 2.5 bath layout is absolutely beautiful. The neighborhood is quiet and the management office attends to resident's needs quickly. The maintenance man is so polite and attentive. I highly recommend Magnolia House Apartments.

I had a rough start moving from out of state, but with the new landlord, I felt heard. Any problems I did have, was resolved rather quickly. Wonderful people to work with while living in this complex.

I am Sorry to say but I live here for 3 years, I always paid my rent way early and never receive a late notice. I always paid all my bills water, trash and other. I had my own renters insurance by the year. I spoke to the manager at the time to find out if we could break our lease because my husband was suffering from dementia and was beginning to leave door unlock and stove on and it was becoming dangerous for us and other tenants in the blgd. Manager at time said that home office agree to let us move in Sept with no fees and penalty. However that Manager quit before we moved. I am 70 years old and husband is 69. Now we are still waiting for our deposit back since Sept. Its one reason after another why we can't get it back. I even call office for a walk thur plus I took picture when we move in and when we move out. it is now Dec. and still no deposit. I would say be very careful chosing living here because you will not get your deposit back. I will be this t over to my family attorney and filing suit against them on Monday in Raleigh. Its not about the money so much as the principle that we were great tenants. I will lose 2000.00 dollars to make a point for 500.00. Don't like to be taken by anyone.
Staff was welcoming and seemed genuine. The maintenance tech seems to really enjoy his job. Thats great.
So far so good, the inside is beautiful & spacious
Magnolia House apartments is a great place to live. Neighbors look out for each other and lots of friendly kids. Great school district
I have been here 1year and 4 months, and have been pleased.
