Property Ratings at Magnolia Landing
This building is very quite, especially since one of the resident just left. Pros: large unit, easy parking in front of unit, safe area, most of the neighbors are nice, not a lot of dogs..so noise level is nice. Cons: management needs to respond faster, however my problems are always fixed. Overall, great value for what I am getting.
I've been living at Magnolia Landing for a while now, and it's been great! Apartments are spacious and the kitchen is great. The community is nice, plenty of parking and the property manager is always on top of things. Plus, everything I need is close by. Highly recommend checking it out!
If i could give 0 stars i would. This place is a 0/10 dont recommend. This place has no onsite management so to talk to anyone you have to call a number and They dont like to answer the phone and you have to leave messages all the time. This place is infested with roaches and termites. Not to mention i had whole RAT inside of my apartment I had a battle with. They take entirely too long to fix things. Took an entire month to have a working washer machine. These ppl will move you into a apartment with broken window and never fix it. Im late on the rent but they dont wanna fix a window that was broken before i even moved in. They only reach out when its money involved, they “evicted” by changing the locks on the apartment but then stole my tv and other belongings. They go up on the rent without telling you anything but dont have any amenities besides a park that needs to be filled in and safer for kids. The prices per month is honestly not worth it for what you have to go through. Also there’s a giant sinkhole brewing on the property somewhere. The hot water sucks. The dumpster where you take your trash is an eyesore and theres racoons. Please Please dont move here.
