Property Ratings at Magnolia Oaks
This is marketed as "affordable living" & I'm begging you to stay away. They gave me a "locked in rate" at lease signing, then two rent increases occurred within one year. Both AFTER lease & renewal were signed. They require you make 2.5x rent to afford it but raise it to where you can't. Find a better company with integrity.
Despite the presentation they have on here, this place isn’t open yet. And we have no way of knowing when it would be open due to no one ever responding or answering to the resources that they have listed. I’m convinced that previous good review was either fake, or written by someone who works for them.

Ever since I filled out the application I’ve been in contact with someone and she is very helpful and understanding. The apartments are completely finished right now but they will be finished In the next two months.

The availability they market cant be true you drive by and its a complete construction zone cant get in touch with anyone to figure out a transparent availability date
