Adjacent to Mercedes Benz Stadium, home to the Atlanta Falcons and Atlanta United, along with various live performances, Vine City is a spacious neighborhood with various apartment communities and single-family homes. Known for being the home of Morris Brown College, Vine City has a college town vibe with its youthful presence and proximity to other universities like Clark Atlanta University, Morehouse College, and Spelman College.
Though this neighborhood feels suburban with its residential streets, Vine City has proximity to two major subway stations – Ashby and Vine City. Because of its proximity to Downtown Atlanta, directly across Northside Drive, residents of Vine City can enjoy city favorites such as the Georgia Aquarium, the World of Coca-Cola, Centennial Olympic Park, State Farm Arena, and some amazing restaurants and bars like SkyLounge, offering rooftop views of Atlanta’s skyline.

Property Ratings at Magnolia Park Apartments
I've been here 5 years. It's under new management but they are unprofessional and rude. They'll rush you out the office and cut you off mid sentence when you raise a concern. Maintenance requests will stretch on for weeks. Nobody is on the same page in the leasing office. Trash is overflowed, rats run through the neighborhood, gunshots occur every night these past few months. They mention amenities but there's no fitness center, pool is never open, nobody is allowed to use community center, nobody knows if the daycare is open.
I have been here about 3 years now, it's cool... rent is cheap and management is cool. Maintenance sucks but we are under new management so we'll see how this goes. Close to Marta & Walmart around the corner and a nice little park up the street (Washington Park) and close to Washington Public Library... you just gotta make the most out of your situation and look on the bright side, and be happy you can have a roof over your head at the end of the night.
Don't move here! Everything looks nice into you been staying here for 2 months then everything is a problem. Starting with the leasing office. No one in the leasing office are on the same page. They unprofessional, and the corporate office never gets back to you with your concerns. Some apartments are infested with bed bugs and the others have to deal with Rats running through the neighborhood. Then they over charging you on the rent that's not even Worth the unit you be renting. Only highlight you be living near the Benz stadium. Don't waste your time it's other places near by with better apartments for reasonable price,
The neighborhood is loud and cops showed up every night. The leasing office has the most incompetent staff that gives out contradictory information. They take months to get back to you over the simplest of questions and my experience here was more negative than anything else. The price is fine but I promise, you’ll find a better place and you will regret it if you choose this one. Take it from a former resident.
WE HAVE LIVED HERE FOR ONE YEAR AND FOR THE THIRD TIME, WE HAVE RECEIVED A NOTICE FOR LATE RENT. AND FOR THE THIRD TIME, WE'RE HAVING TO GO TO THE OFFICE TO SHOW THEM RECEIPTS THAT THEY INITIALED! TALK ABOUT HORRIBLE BOOKKEEPING!!! IF YOU CAN'T KEEP RECORDS OF PEOPLE PAYING THEIR RENT, THERE'S AN ISSUE AND SOMEONE, IF NOT ALL, NEEDS TO BE MORE TRAINING!
First the management is horrible they don't communicate with each other, they don't care about the people in the community who have major concerns about this apartment complex. I was told if you have a problem then talk to the local police department. There are constant break ins within the apartments and cars, neighbors loud always smoking in the hallway, and the maintenance is horrible. Maintenance takes weeks to come fix the smallest things, now don't let it be a major issue it will never get fixed. Don't waste your money, time , or energy with this complex.
My Complex Magnolia Way is very convent to down town, the AUC and Georgia dome. Its a nice place to live very quite the rent is reasonable for the area
I've been living at Magnolia Park for 14 months. I like that it's directly behind Walmart and it's a 4-6 minute walk from Ashby Marta train station. The building I stay in is clean and it's not infested with roaches. I live here for at least 5 years or more solely for that reason. The main thing I don't like about my building is that the neighbors (the thugs) like to sit on the staircase leading to my apartment on the second floor. It's annoying to have to tell them to move out of the way every once in a while. The maintenance team has definitely improved. They used to take a week to get to me but now they come the very next day or same day. Also, they renovated the complex and I'm impressed with the new paint jobs.
If you are looking for a peaceful, quiet neighborhood, keep on looking, these are NOT it, while MARTA train station being 5 min away from the complex makes it easier on the people to get to where their going faster it also brings a lot of noise, children and teens out all night and some of the teens tried to break into my car one night immediately after I had just gotten home. If I could I would name the complex "the apartments that never sleep". It is literally full of negativity. The people are quite noisy and know just as much as they want to know about you without you speaking because everyone here watches you. The kids use loud voger language in front of each other and their parents let them fight so if you have kids I'm most certain they will get sucked into it unless you are a strict parent. Take heed when leaving your apartment because the moment you leave someone could break in and this is the only time your neighbors know nothing. You'll waste your time with management because they are hardly ever here along with maintenance and security which is a whole other subject because if they were doing their jobs the apartments would be a great place to live, but unfortunately this is real life. My comments aren't here to discourage you, everything I'm writing is just plain honesty, When I look for apartments homes I'm looking for every IMPORTANT aspect not just my apartment but my surroundings as well as I think you would be too, these are places we are trying to call home. So my helpful hint would be to mark them out off your list and keep looking it's only a waste of time. I only wish this site existed when I was searching, now I'm sadly waiting for my lease to be up so I can find better. I hope this helped you on your search and best of luck to you. ??
The area is in a dynamic urban area full of culture and diversity. The complex is not too far from the historical Morehouse, Spellman, and Clark Atlanta universities. I would recommend this apartment to any student or entrepreneur looking For an affordable luxury apartment
