They force us to use broadstar during lockdowns I got a job working from home as a customer service rep. We have to chat with customers seeking help on the website. I lost my job due to frequent drops and time outs. Keeping my job depended on customer satisfaction surveys. No one was able to complete chats with me. The complex is wired for fiber optic from AT&T but the complex won’t allow them to provide it. We can’t have cable tv or internet from local Cox due to the complex being in some contract with broadstar. If you are a gamer don’t move here, if you want to stream tv the internet is too slow, if you work online you will not be able to work here. We live in a world full of tech. Moving here is like having a flip phone after you’ve had an iPhone. You literally cannot do anything you need or want to do. Oh and the tv is beyond stupid! Fuzzy picture, bars in the middle, the same show on 2 channels at the same time. I don’t even turn it on anymore. They include it in the rent by force and it SUCKS!!! They are insane here. AVOID!

Recently moved in and was very upset . Apartment wasn’t clean correctly at all microwave dirty ,oven dirty , doors missing from my master bedroom and my 2nd bedrooms bathroom. I honestly feel like I made a mistake moving here. I had Cobwebs in some of my rooms . I will be sure to share the pictures will be calling the corporate office.

Best place to live in Gainesville, FL. The staff is amazing!
I have lived here for 3 years and have had negative experience. The current management team is disorganized, rude and less than helpful when you have a problem. It takes several months to resolve work orders, and they will charge you for things that should be addressed due to wear and tear. Something in the unit breaks down constantly. The appliances are cheap and don;t work well. The carpet is not replaced between rentals and is very cheap quality. The entrance gate has not worked since I moved in 3 years ago. The theatre room in the office is rarely accessible due to limited hours. Cable service is poor, and you can only get a satellite service such as Direct Tv if your unit faces a certain direction, since they will not let a dish be attached to the unit. The insulation is inefficient and the heating/cooling bill is outrageous. The management team does not care whether you live here or not once you are in. They make it clear that if you are unhappy with their service you are free to leave. Very poor customer service.

Based on our findings, we are confident that are team has addressed your concerns in a timely manner but understand there is always room for improvement. We will certainly place effort on determining how we can best meet our residents needs in the most efficient and professional manner.
The staff constantly ignores phone calls and puts you on hold with hops that you hang up. The "gate" has been broken for the entire year that I have lived here. I have honestly had better service from a dollar tree than this so called fancy place to live. Save your self the trouble and don't sign here.
This place is not what it used to be. We moved back here a couple of years ago because of the good experience my wife had when she lived here before we got married, it was great! Since moving back we have gone through about 3 management companies and are currently on our 4th. The new management company kept the same employees from the last and they have left much to be desired. They are rude and do not care about customer service. They are more about getting their money than providing a comfortable living environment for their tenant. We have had (currently still have) a roach issues and they thought it was a great idea to only spray our townhouse despite it doing connected to multiple units. They were not willing to spray the other units until someone complains. Just this morning there was a roach crawling through my son's toy box. Then there was the mouse issue. We had a mouse eating our food, pooping and peeing in our closets in stuff and it took them months to kill it. We had to point out to them the multiple openings around our unit that the mouse could run back and forth through. We also had our AC leak through the second floor down to the first floor while leaking through the light (talk about fire hazard). Last summer we even had a month or so where the pool was out of service and covered in algae. We are on our 2nd and final year and things keep getting worst while the rent continues to go up. You are better off renting a house than renting here. We only stuck around because we didn't want to move my son from his school. They wouldn't even consider waving the 60 day moving notice even though my wife just had a baby. I was not pleased by how the manager spoke to her. I am very relieved that we are moving away and I wouldn't recommend living here unless you are looking to rent one of the individually owned units NOT managed by the current management company.
