I've been living at Magnolia Terrace over 1 1/2 and I have nothing but excellent service anywhere from Front office Management down to Maintenance. I've had numerous surgeries while living at Magnolia Terrace Apartments and whenever I needed something it was nothing like contacting them for something just a small a garbage pickup. Not onetime they ignored a call. In all of 52yrs since I've been renting had a wonderful experience such as this. They are truly Top Notch Apartment Homes ??

I been living at Magnolia Apartments for 11 years, and my experience here is a great one. The staff is Excellent, helpful and friendly. The community itself is really beautiful and nice. The community has a pool, workout room, computer room, in which all is very nice and enjoyable.

Magnolia Terrace is a very nice, peaceful, and well kept community. The staff in the leasing office are always helpful and on top of any of your needs or requests. As well as a superb maintenance staff who's friendly and stay getting the job done! There's always something going on with the community seasonally and at times coinciding with holidays that makes it a fun and enjoyable place to stay. They show that they actually care!

This is my first apartment I have ever rented. The whole process was very easy and everything was explained thoroughly. When ever there is an issue with any thing within the apartment the maintenance is right on it. The office staff is very helpful and you are able to contact them if you need anything and they respond within 24-48 hours. The environment is very nice and kept clean. I dont have any negative about my experience so far.
