Property Ratings at Magnolia Village
I've been trying to reach this community for months with no response. I've left voicemails, sent e-mails, and physically went to the leasing office. Nobody is ever there nor do they return phone calls. Don't waste your money or time
I have been trying to reach these apartmrnts for two weeks now. No one is answering the phone. I left several messages. I don't get any call back. I don't think nobody work there. This is not good business or first impression.
I sent the apartment multiple emails trying to find out more information about the Apartments. They still have not responded back to me and It been weeks. I also called them and left them a couple of voicemails and still no response.
on line it shows that there is an available unit at market and that is not true. I was told that there is a waiting list and no units will be available until the end of the year. this is still considered false advertisement and bad business.
I've been living here for 3 years now and overall was a great experience. Pros: the management is awesome, the manager goes above and beyond to make anyone happy and to answer to requests, she's very helpful and joyful every time you stop by, the same her assistant. the pool is always clean, the playground, and around the property. People seem to be nice. Apartments are large and you get everything you need inside. The prices are excellent for the quality. Community seem to be safe, left one night my truck wide open with a lot of shopping things in it, at 11 am when I went to my car everything was there. Maintenance people answer fast to requests and fix your stuff promptly. Convenient location pretty close to any major store. Cons: the buildings seem to be poorly made, no proper insulation. If you got anyone above you you feel like an elephant is walking upstairs. Water is constantly heard running through the walls every time someone turns on water/ flushes toilet/ takes shower. At night you can hear neighbors using the bathroom. if your bedroom is on the side with the outside building stairs, they are made of wood and you can hear very loud how people are going up and down the stairs especially between 11pm-6am. there's no way you can stay asleep a whole night here, and I have no problem sleeping but I get wake up a lot by neighbors. Cockroaches are a problem. I see a lot outside and there were a lot in the bedrooms and bathrooms when I moved in. I spent a lot of money on products and cleaned a lot and they were gone after 1 month. Haven't had problems since, but one it's getting in here and there occasionally. As I said, overall it's been a good experience.
it seems like a pleasant place to live very clean grounds I love that they have a place for children that's important mine are grown but I love that a few neighbors spoke to me and told me about the place The Location is great close to stores and downtown concerts on Friday at the Green apartment size is awesome and cool a laundry room every amenities
