Situated roughly seven miles south of Downtown Savannah, Leeds Gate-Colonial Village is a tree-filled, attractive neighborhood bordering Hunter Army Airfield. Its western border, Middleground Road, leads south to Armstrong State University. Savannah State University is also nearby -- just six miles northeast. Leeds Gate-Colonial Village is a perfect location for shopping -- Oglethorpe Mall is adjacent to the neighborhood on its northeast side, and Savannah Mall is to the southwest. For golfers, the Hunter Golf Club borders the neighborhood on its north end.

Only about five miles from Leeds Gate-Colonial Village, Wormsloe Historic Site features a sun-dappled lane sheltered by towering oak trees dripping with Spanish moss. The road leads to the tabby ruins of the Wormsloe Estate, a colonial estate built in 1733 by Noble Jones. Jones was one of the original settlers of Savannah, arriving with James Oglethorpe in 1733.

Claudia has been amazing and has been super helpful! I love it here!
The photos are not of the actual apartments. The apartment we received was absolutely filthy. There was gum on the floors, a thick layer of grease on all kitchen surfaces and the fridge smelled like something died inside it. The bathrooms were beyond gross and all the windows were letting outside air in because the seams were not caulked. This led to mildew from the outside air. The 2 large dumpsters are overflowing with garbage because the owners are too cheap to get the garbage dumped frequently enough and garbage piles up around the base. If you're still reading please make sure to inspect the EXACT apartment they are trying to give you before you lease
I placed an work order about my air being broken and some one came out & did god knows what because when I got off work at 8pm on Friday my air was still broken, these old units hold heat terribly. I’ve called the emergency hotline more than 16 times & put in another work order and my air still isn’t fixed!! I guess my inside temperature being 80 while it’s 75 outside isn’t a true emergency!!!! I had to make arrangements for my kids to sleep elsewhere the entire weekend due to nobody fixing the air in my unit!!!!!

Property is in terrible condition. The pool needs to be repaired. The cameras on property don't work. They will be nice to you to get you in the property. Once your in good luck if you have any issues. Only time things will get done is if you call the city on them.
Would definitely recommend ! Very spacious apartments. The office staff Megan and Malicia were very helpful and professional one of my favorite tours yet!!!
I recently toured magnolia villas community let me start of by saying alanna was awesome! The model is gorgeous, and I love the gym. Not only was the office clean but the entire staff was very professional shout-out to Eric and Jamal the maintenance staff that I met while on my tour they knew the answers to all my questions and they were very nice and helpful as well ! I definitely recommend moving to magnolia villas .
From the apartment to the customer service, everyone is just great! Moleisha in the office and Eric in maintenance are the best. Anything I needed fix those were to the two to call on. I've been here for about 3 years now and my experience has been nothing but enjoyable. I will definitely recommend these luxury apartments to any and everyone.
I loved living in magnolia villas Meghan and mallecia were amazing apartment managers any thing that was needed they assisted me with it they made my stay pleasurable and loving .

This is a quiet, spacious, and easily accessible property. The friendly property management team has made sure to meet all of my needs promptly. Great floor plan and refurbished interior. I am very pleased with this property and living here. I highly recommend this to upcoming tenants.
