Property Ratings at Main2525
This apartment is okay but depends on who lives next to you. My both neighbors were really loud and didn't have a small basic attitude. They played basketball in the house at 2 am and one couple kept fighting until early morning almost every day. The wall is very thin so you can hear everything even the phone ringing. One of the biggest reasons that I didn't renew this apartment was not soundproof. I usually can hear moaning in my bedroom 3-4 am. I couldn't hold out anymore.
Quiet and clean. Maintenance is on their game. Nice place to live.
Honestly living here I regret completely The staff is terrible No one seems to really care about getting issues resolved that Tenants have Communication is horrible Among the Tenants concerning the Staff also in general the staff doesn’t not seem to Communicate well with each other New management would make the world of a difference for Main2525 DO NOT WASTE YOU’RE TIME OR MONEY WITH THESE APARTMENTS!!
People are nice. Maintenance is fast! Building is very secure. Lived here for almost a year! No problem with anything at all.
I give this place a 5 star review, but not having Jenny in the front office made you guys lose one. She made Main 2525 very warm and full of positive energy. Even when I walked the stairs I see her working. It took me a few weeks to see people on my floor but I see her all over. You can tell things aren't as it used to be. A lot of things here and there is making me turn my head, BUT hopefully that energy if restored. Maybe putting some Christmas lights and etc would bring some good vibes to main2525. ~ Jamal Rasheed Robinson Apt. 712
