It’s not a light in the bedroom. It’s a rip off to pay for one when rent is expensive. Walls are thin and the upstairs neighbors build and/or construct 24/7. Nothing is ever done. Ever. My dish washer machine and sink declogger never works. I always have to flip the switch to turn them on. Parking is horrible and no one ever picks up after their dog. I will not renew my lease next year.

It has been noisy lately, but other than that is has been wonderful living here. The gym and the pool are nice amenities to have that are kept up nicely.

Mainstead at Century Farms is easily the most upscale apartment complex I have ever had the pleasure of living at. The apartments are well equipped with amenities, the maintenance and leasing staff are all very personable, helpful, and communicative, and any problems are addressed swiftly and succinctly. With all the construction happening nearby, I look forward to the growth of the retail market in the surrounding area and hope to soon be living in the midst of a bustling area of commerce!

A beautiful apartment complex, the biggest issues thus far are the residents picking up dog poop that continues to be an issue, with some noisy upstairs neighbors. The officer on site has been helpful but the complex has yet to address these issues individually.

The apartments are very nice but not all neighbors are considerate of others - typical apartment living. The parking spots are all different widths. The fire alarms going off at random hours for about 6-8 months straight is why the stars are lower. It was resolved but I still have a hard time sleeping.
