Roach City, pest control don't come like they should, shade tree maintenance, rigged AC, lazy, rude, don't give a darn staff.

Run as fast as you can. They don’t maintain the apartments and require you to sign a lease before walking through or they show you a model unit. The drugs and German roaches are terrible. None is f the units have W/D hookups.

I was fortunate to find these apartments as I had no idea about the area. My lease is up and sadly I’m going back to Arizona. I felt safe, the neighbors were friendly as were the people in the office. I have a small dog and felt comfortable walking him any time. The grounds are well kept and the location is great!! I plan to rent here again if I have the opportunity to come back to this area.

Roaches. No parking. Incompetent staff. I could go on forever.

Living here was an awesome experience and my first experience I enjoy the neighborhood it is nice quiet and peaceful and the people are friendly and we all getting along, it's dog friendly my little dog lady love it and she is well adored there and the staff is great they gave me great customer service whatever I need fixing they are always on the Job I have no complains. Thank you for making my first experience an awesome experience.

I loved this place, super military friendly, the management was very helpful with anything we needed. Your right across the street from the beach and theres a jet ski rental stand you can walk to in 5 minutes during the warm months

Friendly staff, nice clean apartments, great pricing. Military friendly. I have no complaints! Honestly feel as though the reviews are unfairly written. Go check them out would 100% recommend

I don’t live there, but did consider it at one point. But after visiting friends there, l quickly changed my mind. There are roaches galore in this complex! In one of my friends apartment’s kitchen two cabinet doors were falling off, and after a month of requesting repair, l fixed them myself. Another friend had clogged drains for four days before someone even came to fix it!!! I suggested they move, and l strongly recommend anyone not move in there. If you do,l promise you will be very disappointed and not stay long.

Lady in front office prOmised she would keep in touch with us about an apartment we were interested, while our application processed. They rented that apartment out from under us in a matter of three days. Extremely disappointed and do not recommend this complex to anyone.

Absolutely love it here, great location and great management! All the neighbors are polite and considerate. Never worry about taking my little dog out late at night. Apartments are well maintained and clean, never want to move! Maintenance is always keeping up with everything, clean and safe to live, recommend to anyone looking for a great place to live!

This apartment complex is terrible. There were roaches in the apartment before I even moved in. There is mold on the ceilings. The walls are so thin that you can hear every single thing people are doing in the next apartment. The electrical work is shotty at best. The cabinets and construction of the apartment looks like it was done for a grand total of $10. Literally one of our cabinet shelves was a piece of unpainted plywood. The management is so bad that they will literally tell you to your face that they can't do anything about the tiniest issues. The heat and AC both broke within 5 months of living here. I would never want anyone to ever live here. Please if you are looking into this place find somewhere else to live.

She is very disrespectful they don't fix anything ya u call about or make a work order for, roach infested I hate it can't wait to leave and they're not kids friendly.....

Truly most horrible on the Coast... filthy, old, roach infested. Management refuse's any requests for repairs or complaints regarding belligerent unsupervised children, the smell of individuals smoking Marijuana's so strong you must shut your windows. Over occupancy is common place with as many as ten persons to a three bedroom unit. One of the worst mistakes I've ever made selecting a home... when I requested to pay more and move to a better unit I was was refused, please do not make the same mistake I did you would be wise to run in the other direction. Make sure you ask about who's doing the maintenance. Because as of August 12, 2016. They don't have one. Fired in July 2016. Take pictures with your phone of everything on your first walk-through. Because they don't want to fix anything and this place is old. The carpets will be clean, but if you get a leak in your pipes, stay on them. They will blow you off or pretend they don't see anything when they go to look at something expensive to fix. And if you do move here, you might want to familiarize yourself the MS code. Good luck.
