Maison's Landing Apartments

I still enjoy living here, through the winter it was really nice that the lot was plowed. I am very lucky that all of my packages were safe in the amazon locker through Christmas. I just really wish we had a hot tub.

Sin duda, vivir aquí es una experiencia cómoda y agradable. Recomiendo estos apartamentos a quienes busquen un lugar tranquilo, seguro y bien ubicado.

Es muy bueno estoy amañada lo único que me incomoda en este momento es la humedad en las paredes y las ventanas de las habitaciones ‘ de resto todo está bien .

Love my apartment! It’s cozy and comfortable. The only thing that actually bugs me is the neighbors. Most of the ones living next to us or under us are very loud, we’ve had to call the security team and even the police before.

It was one of the best move in experience of my life. The management staff was super nice and caring. As well it was super easy to apply and eventually fill everything out!

Smooth and Great area to live. Nice facilities and amenities. Safe area, commute might be a problem if you don't have a vehicle. Bus service is just fine

Seems to be great so far!! We like that the river trail is close. Management seems nice and easy to work with! The pool is open year around which is nice they recently made it heated. There are lots of green spaces to hangout and grills to use around the grounds.

I love living here so far! Office staff is very nice and helpful and has made my move in experience super easy. I love all the amenities and having the trail right outside of my apartment.

I love this complex, neighbors are friendly upon passing but keep to selves. We have loved everything about this complex aside from our struggle to obtain more space in which seems to be getting taken care of currently therefore I assume this was just timing issues until now. I love how animal friendly this complex is and the girls in the office who sit up front are absolutely amazing. They never make me feel like I am bothering them even with simple inquiries, they always greet me with a welcoming smile and do anything they can to assist. If they do not know the information they always immediately find answers before I leave the office.

The staff are very friendly, Jennifer, was awesome. Right away you can tell it is a very clean community and the neighbors were very kind and welcoming.

We've only been here for about 2 weeks, but it's been good so far! The complex is in a central and nice, quiet area and we haven't experienced any major issues. Brylee was amazing from my initial contact with the complex to move-in -- super helpful and responded to my emails almost immediately. We also were able to have quite a few fees waived from our application and were gifted a $500 gift card upon move-in. Our shower was malfunctioning since we'd moved in and I finally made a maintenance request and it was quickly fixed. Also, I will say the appliances in our apartment are very outdated, but I can't argue too much with the rent price. Not too many problems with neighbors, but I have seen that people haven't been picking up after their dogs in the green spaces. Will update after we've been here longer.

The apartment was not ready for move in, a lot of things needed to be fixed or cleaned. Also, all my appliances are really outdated. The best thing here is the apartment staff and the trail.

Rent has increased by $100. The staff told me when I renewed that the I said me amount increased as well to 300k instead of the 100k, even though I signed a legal document for 100k. Doesn’t seem like a reasonable practice.

We are so happy here! It is a huge upgrade from our apartment in downtown. Love the pool, gym, club house, bbq areas, dog park and dog wash, playground for kids, basketball courts and volleyball court. Even if the Jordan River isn’t super clean, it’s nice being next to a body of water and enjoying all the nature. Chay is an awesome leasing agent, and so glad we could move here!

Just moved in on December 21st , So far I've experienced very nice property management team. The girls in the office are nice and helpful. I received the incentive for moving in sooner than expected so that was a nice surprise. So far my building is quite and peaceful, no complaints

I love living here for the most part.. Just don't like having to pay $35.00 a month for amenities I can't use because of heart issues. Besides that, it is a very nice place to live. Maintenance issues are ALWAYS taken care of right away and the property is always clean and well taken care of..

I love my apartment! Very spacious and beautiful grounds! The staff was very nice and welcoming when I was going through the move in process. Most definitely recommend these apartments!

mostly everything is good. but i don't like that i can hear people talking in the hallways when i'm inside my apartment. and i also don't like that the thermostat changes the temperature automatically without me telling it to change. I would prefer that the temperature stays at the same heat unless i change it. but other than that it's a nice apartment and really helpful staff so far

Expensive for no reason and then you can’t even rent out a garage for cheap. Had cockroaches when we first moved in and then had to move again into a different one.

It is at nice place for living except for some neighborhoods with pets they not pick up the poop . And another they make disturb in the pool and affect all community

Our time has been good! Aside from our loud as all get out neighbors, the leasing staff has been awesome. Chaylynn has helped out with everything and made our move in process so much easier! She’s absolutely amazing and kind, and quick to respond!

It's been a great experience all around. Love living here. Everything is very well maintained, it's a beautiful area, and great little apartment community.

The appartments are well managed and are very nice as well as fair priced, welcoming, quite community, application process was easy and fast, there is plently of parking and good parking near homes leasing office is well kept as well as community spaces.

Very quiet. Responsive. Good to dogs. Maintenance is very slow but the rest of the experience is great. Well priced and decently accessible. The community feels private and safe. It lacks good street lamps.

I love it here. The staff are friendly and very helpful with any questions I may have. The location is amazing and it's easy to get to the places I need quickly.

So far the experience has been great! Chaylynn was very patient and helpful throughout the application process, and my apartment is clean and spacious.

My favorite thing about this community is how quickly maintenance responds to issues. I enjoy all of the community amenities (especially the Amazon Hub). And I really love the look of the updated apartment we are renting. My concerns are with community safety, a lot of cars are broken into and some packages go missing. I also really wish we had a hot tub instead of a heated pool.

The tenants are very quiet and welcoming, the staff is amazing and helpful with every question as I am a first time renter. I recommend Maison’s landing to everyone looking to rent

The first leased apartment was amazing. Hardly any noise and everything was up to par. When we moved to the new 3 bedroom it was the exact opposite experience. Although the management has done everything to fix and cater, it still doesn’t replicate the initial experience. I still tell people they should try to live here, however.

I moved in about a week ago and it's been a great experience so far! The complex is still taken care of, the people are kind, and the area is so close to everything.

The staff work hard to maintain and improve the community. We have package theft issues which is what keeps it from being 5 stars. We now have a heated pool as part of our amenities, but it can be difficult for families to enjoy as large groups tent to take it over on the weekends.

The experience has been good, very nice, I like the pool and the grills outside, the dog park is cool and same as the basketball courts. I did wish that they never got rid of the hot tub :(

En general está bien,pero en servicio de atención a residentes es horrible y mal organizado,desde el día uno tuve problemas con el departamento y a la fecha han seguido,en el edificio que rentó estuvimos sin luz en las áreas comunes casi dos semanas y cada que me acerco a la oficina están demasiado ocupadas para atender

Still enjoy this complex, have enjoyed the location and amenities. Recently have been informed the pool is open all year and this is a big help to me as the pool helps with medical conditions and am excited to have access all year.

It’s been good so far. All of are neighbors are really nice people. We haven’t met a single bad person so far. Everyone lovely in the community

Best place to live. Maintenance is amazing and good at their job. Office staff super sweet and helpful. Community grounds are clean and beautiful full of greenery.

Recently moved in. So far everything has been a great experience and the office staff are very nice and prompt. The application process is easy and smooth.

It's so peacefully and quite at night, I love setting out on the patio early in the morning and in the evening's, you hear birds chirping and cricket's at night the air is on a soft blowing thru the trees, some of the people are very nice and we walk our dogs together on the beautiful walk way and grass highly recommend

We've really liked living here. The complex management has really been on top of any problems like misuse of facilities and too noisy neighbors.

Very peaceful out here. A lot of room within the apartment complex for pets to roam around. A lot of parking spaces including the free ones.

It is very nice living here, everyone is very nice and respectful, I would 100% recommend to anyone who’s looking for a place to live, plus the office staff is super nice and friendly!!

Great place to live cheap rent and really fun community. I’ve gotten many of my friends to live here so happy the pool will be open year round!!

Could have been quieter. Dirty everywhere. Thefts everywhere. Maintenance took long at times. Cops there all the time. Leasing staff wasn’t helpful at times. Made us pay more than necessary when we moved out early.

Amazing office people. Amazing place and cheap. I would recommend them 1000%. Jennifer showed us everything and so far it’s been a great experience
