Was excited to move in was told in the beginning I didn’t make too much had to show more income just for to not still pay an affordable price everyone has different rent adjustments wasn’t treated fairly 1st red flag with more to follow staff was very unprofessional while filling out application in office! All staffed talked about other future tenants in disrespectful and not professional manners not living here for 3 weeks already received a rent increase to start paying in July asked management for an explaination there couldn’t be an explained one to give feels like I’m in a bad situation ??
I want to thank the whole team for making this possible. The process was stress free. my home is beautiful with brand new appliances very spacious especially the bedrooms and I just can’t wait to create new memories with my family. Thank you Mason’s Palmdale homes for making this possible.
They would call you stating you're approved, then when you call you show as not approved, and get a call back stating approved, but you need to sign lease and provide money order tomorrow. Haven't been shown the unit and was stated you need to sign and have power company setup gas before you can move in. Also utilities will no longer be covered. Went onsite to investigate units individually appliances are way outdated, and some 2 bd have more space. Management wants you to sign and pay all fees before seeing the unit? Also with rude and unprofessional staff? To many red flags, not worth moving in. Management will say if you can't pay fees tomorrow then someone else will take your spot and we're keeping your 250 deposit.
These homes come with white outdated appliances NOT stainless steal nor do they have granite or high ceilings! Or hard wood floors!
