i don’t think i would necessarily consider this luxury/valet; things tend to break often, but it is nice and is convenient. no serious complaints:)

This is an excellent community to live in. The staff in the office are courteous and helpful and the maintenance staff are also on top of fixing everything in a timely manner. My unit was also very clean upon moving in. My only complaint is a lack of security cameras in the parking lot which has lead to a car thief/vandal eluding punishment on multiple occasions and upper company management not showing any signs of installing cameras. This is not the fault of the staff in the front office, but who they report to. Press for security cameras before moving in.

Great community and very nice and quiet apartment complex. great for family and kids. Love the pool area and the playground. also nice floor plans
Great place to live. The customer service we have received from the staff has been phenomenal. Only change we would make it that the tanning bed be a little easier to access. Besides that keep up the good work!

The whole staff is awesome. They really took the time and had the place spotless when I moved in. It was clean from top to bottom and the ground was very nice.
The residence is very nice it is quite in the people is very nice also. The pool is nice I also love the gym. I like how they come together like a big family in get together.

I have had such an Amazing experience with Majestic Oaks. It has a Resort type of feel with a quiet atmosphere and setting. Anyone who is looking for a place to live, this is it! 38 steps up and 38 steps down to move in multiplied by the number of trips to and from the vehicle . A freight elevator is a necessary upgrade for moving into the top floor . However, the staff is pleasant , accommodating, and knowledgeable.

We have only been here a week, but absolutely love it. The staff is phenomenal, very quick to respond about issues. The pool, gym, and grilling areas are awesome. Maintenance is really on top of it with work order requests!

Majestic Oaks apartments is a great place to stay with great people. The apartment has a wonderful maintenance department they take great care of the apartments. They have quarterly pest control and fire extinguisher checks. Great benefits like valet trash , pool and also a gym. It's definitely a terrific place to stay.

This place has been amazing so far. Love the valet trash service and how clean everything is. The staff is super helpful and friendly and my kiddos love playing at the little playground facility!
