Malden has been the perfect transition into Fullerton. Everyone is very friendly and helpful, Im addition to great and clean amenities.
Our family is resting here. Since it is a pool view, the sound of water and the fresh air in the morning give you a sense of stability and relaxation. My two daughters are happy. Above all, the feeling of moist soil rather than dry to the California sun gives a softer heart. The fitness and yoga rooms are also very well used. Air cleanliness and cleanliness are very important. Kids end a tiring day with a night swim. Rest and recharge are very important in a busy life. Also, as a mother of two daughters, the close proximity to the police station and library is a great place to be.
I have had a great experience with facilities and even in speaking with Tim or the leasing office, I have been treated with professionalism and compassion. My concern over the months of my lease have been regarding safety, security, and communication.
Malden Station is a great place to live. The management is so nice and courteous. Malden Station is in the heart of Downtown Fullerton. It is well kept and the maintenance staff is fast and efficient. I love the big awesome gym and the beautiful swimming pool. Everything is with in walking distance. I like walking to my favorite shops and restaurants. I wouldn't want to live any where else. I am a very happy resident of Malden Station.
Community management and staff are AWESOME - very helpful and responsive. I love my apartment and that I am walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants. What is extremely concerning however is security on the property. There should be a dedicated security guard on the premises, PERIOD.

Management is cool. Tim is a solid guy. He wont dance around you and will tell you how it is and thats one of the reasons I have respect for him. Lucas I dont know too well but he seems chill. Miguel and the maintenance team are fantastic. Love the human connections with the staff instead of just people who tell us what we can and cant do.

Nice grounds, unfortunately i think that management has handled the use of amenities very poorly. Making reservations to use a pool? Anyone sick can go to sprouts and touch all the fruit. But i cant use the pool on a hot sunny day that has been known to kill the virus? I cant use the gym, to keep my health going? There is definitely a better way to manage the amenities such as having a security gaurd checking temps and monitoring traffic within the amenities. People pay higher prices to live in nicer/newer amenities such as the ones offered here

The unit is really excellent! Classy interior, perfect room sizes, spacious walk in closets, and newly painted walls. Tim & Lucas were very responsive & everything was all set when we moved in clean unit, keys, gate fob, mailroom codes, parcelpending, welcome letter, etc. Maintenance was also easily available for the minor repairs needed. If only the train sounds would go away, its a perfect place :) Thank you!

Leasing manager, Tim, is attentive and responds to inquiries quickly. The grounds and amenities at Malden Station are great. The only comment is the hallway carpets are a bit dirty and not as maintained as rest of the grounds. Perhaps, remove carpet and show exposed cement like on first floor.

We love this place. It was my first home moving from Phoenix and I needed something ASAP so I signed here without touring the units- just seeing the outside (office was closed for Easter). I was nervous but everything worked out. Aside from our unit being very clean, the gym, clubhouse, and pool area is always kept clean. We rarely ever have trouble with parking. Sometimes it gets loud outside but that’s the cost of living downtown. We’re young so we don’t mind it. We actually love being able to walk over to the coffee shops and bars around us. The office leasing agents have always been so friendly and helpful to us - I’ve lived in many different apartments where that wasn’t the case. One of them, Timothy, remembers us by name and is always willing to help us out. It’s in the pricier side but for everything we get and how we’re treated, I can’t complain.

Great service - quick, efficient and polite
Be carful of this place, it looks a lot better than it is. Lived here for a year and it’s not at all worth the rent at all. The train shakes the whole building. Friday through Sunday the noise is loud all night. Across the street there is a tree trimming business you’ll hear super early in the mornings and a frat house that has party’s . The place is always dirty. One time there was a trail of chicken wing bones through the hall for over a week. If you’re on the top floor any little bit of wind will rattle the stove vent and you’ll just hear a loud banging. They have gates and security but stuff still gets broken into. I went and told them my car got broken into and they just said ok I’m sorry and told me they didn’t have cameras anywhere but the first floor. They do random inspections constantly and will need to enter your apartment to do them. The elevator is annoyingly slow and out of order a lot. Someone new is moving in or out almost every week. When I finally moved out they took over $700 of my deposit and it took me over 2 weeks just for them to tell me how much I was getting back. Then it took another day to get the cost breakdown to why they took so much of my deposit. The only good things about this place are the people who live here are nice and the location is close to a lot of stuff. Other than that its not to great and way overpriced for what you get.
