The Harborside neighborhood, just a 15-minute drive from downtown San Diego, is located at the western end of Chula Vista near the San Diego bay. These apartments are well cared for but the management is very unprofessional and unorganized all they do is blame everyone else for everything that they don't what is it called "passin the buck" All they do is lie, and make you call the owner who isn't really the owner. But they're quick to charge you and take your money, fees for everything repairs slow to come. Why me
