Mallord Ridge is a great relax living environment. We love how small the sides of the complex is and the fun activities they have for adults, kids and pets!

I was really nervous to move out on my own for the first time as a single female. I moved in about 6 months ago and my dog and I love it! Very quiet, safe building, recent renovations of new windows, garage, doors, and siding. There's a free storage unit in the garage that's awesome to have too. The inside isn't super renovated or fancy, but I love how spacious the 1 bedroom apartment is. SUPER convenient location that feels safe, and the staff is wonderful. No hidden fees like other apartments I toured, and maintenance is quick to fix any issues. Highly recommend!

Hi, we are so happy to read such a great review about Mallard Ridge! Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you; we are more than happy to help!
I have lived her for a few months now. Love the location and neighborhood, feels safe and great for families. Great space, open floor plan, large balcony and I like the garage being attached. I have to admit whoever was hired to clean prior to me moving in did a horrible job, even when I asked to have it redone and they sent someone back out they didn’t do anything I had asked. The staff were great and apologetic for that and I know it wasn’t their fault, but I did tell them to get their money back or hire a new cleaner. Other than that everything else has been fantastic. After moving in we got new windows, sliding glass doors, siding, railings and they are currently building a new playground which is great! Love the package locker and I can finally have things shipped here now compared to my previous apartments a few miles away. Having my own washer/dryer is also great. I do wish I had an actual breakfast bar in my unit like the showroom apartment they showed me, that was kind of a bummer. Bedroom closets are good size but the only other closet is a tiny linen closet with only 1 shelf at the top, so no coat closet or anything, like where do you store a vacuum lol. Lastly, I really like that they have a call button at the entrance that connects directly to your phone so you don’t have to listen to those annoying buzzers like other apartments I’ve lived. I would recommend moving here to my family/friends.

Hi there, we are very happy to have provided you with such a positive experience!
I have been living here for about 5 years now and I would say that I like the services I get. However, I will suggest that the management have old air conditioners changed due to the loud noises. Air filters for heaters be cleaned and changed, and finally, periodic apartment repairs without waiting for tenants to initiate them. Overall, Mallard Ridge is a very good place and safe place to live

Hi, we're happy you found our staff to be so supportive during your experience here at Mallard Ridge.
We have lived in the Mallard Ridge community for quite a long time. This is our home! Well maintained property. Very responsive staff. Repairs or concerns, and we have had very few, are handled promptly. Check it out for your next home.
I’ve lived her for a few years and have had a great experience. I’ve had several maintenance problems and they fixed them the same day. Even when they happened in the evening or the weekend. They have made some improvements to the property like new windows and garage doors which have been great.
We have lived here going on 4 years. They have made some major renovations and improvements. The office staff is friendly and attentive and the maintenance crew os fabulous! Have never had a maintenance issue that was not solved within 48 hours.
I have rented from Bigoes properties for years. I have always had friendly and attentive management staff. This complex is big, so it is understandable that some things slip through the cracks. We have a corner unit on the lower floor, a very spacious living room, and it feels like we have a town home or own house. We have reached out to management with a few fixes or issues, like water damage on the ceiling, which was half way repaired, but not fully. We had all windows and doors replaced in the unit, and in the process some blinds were broken by the workers, when we reported them we were told we have to pay for them. Management also tends to leave befor their listed close time, and are often not aware of maintenance issues or what maintenance says needs to happen in the unit. Overall, it is a good living experience, and a good complex, just a few bummers with things not being taken care of smoothly.
This place sucks. Internet goes out multiple times a day, they gave one notice about cleaning the parking lots where anyone who’s car wasn’t moved, was towed. They’ve displaced us for a full day for window repairs (never once mentioned in the signing process) with a weeks notice, then another half day with absolutely no notice (unless you count the 3 day grace period where they could potentially return, our guy returned 6 days later). They clearly vacuumed the floor are nearby area, but left my bedsheets covered in sawdust. Threw them in the garbage because they were truly caked. This place knows there is absolutely zero protection for people trying to find (relatively) reasonable priced apartments, so they abuse their power. The package room or pools are down multiple times a month. If you’d like help from the front office, good luck. It seems like this apartment would rather see you in court then have their tenants be heard.

I have lived at Mallard Ridge for over a year and a half and have nothing but positive experiences. If anything is wrong, they did it same day. The management staff is extremely friendly and understanding. They fix things with high quality changes, never skimping on what needs to be done. I highly recommend Mallard Ridge
