Thank you for your review! We agree- Malone is in a great location!
We have been living here since the summer of 2021 when the building first opened. There have been a lot of improvements and we enjoy living here! The amenities are fantastic, especially the turf terrace with incredible views! I love being in close proximity to downtown, but enjoy the location as there is a lot of renovation happening in the area!

Thank you so much for your glowing review! We are so happy to hear you are enjoying your experience here at Malone.
Newly build last year, brand new facilities and has a chic look to it. Has a pet park out back for pets to do their business which is convenient. Management has been improving and trying their best to be responsive toward requests and accommodations, which I appreciate. They have many social events every month that are a lot of fun at the parlor and even outside of the apartment complex! Thanks Malone! They have a rooftop pool too and a 5th floor terrace!

I moved into Malone Apartments in October! Move in was rocky at start but ended smoothly. I love the aesthetics of the building and the roof top has great views! The building is pet friendly kept clean and secure. As a plus, the mangers host pretty awesome events!! Parking is offered at $35 a month, which is def cheaper than most downtown apartment parking. If you are considering moving here, I’d say give it a try, you might not regret it!! :)

It’s updated and nice! The leasing staff is so sweet and helpful! Mainly the office manager Kim! & Blake was great too. I needed to move in the next day after i saw it and she made it happen! Move here, more good things coming!

Thank you so much for your 5 gold stars! We love hearing this kind of feedback. We are so glad you feel so at home in our guest suites!
I certainly and strongly disagree. after reading these, what I would like to call, unfair reviews and rating to be inaccurate. I will tell you why... I was one of the first tenants to move into The Malone Building and I am still here for a reason. I will tell you (readers digest version, why.) First, Let me ask you a questions... do you wake up in the morning and make your bed first thing? Me, myself, I do. But, I do not consider myself lazy and especially, even worse, lazy without patients. I tell you that to say this..... The current staff in present time I am writing this review are marvelous. They do NOT miss a beat and always on top of any issue that may arise, regardless of the time of day. Even having a guest in town last minuet on the weekend. It was facilitated and welcomed, with no issues, in a timely manor, leaving my 81 year old grandmother who traveled for several days to visit leaving happy and more that satisfied with her stay in one of the guest suites. Below I will leave another review that I have left. I believe in MALONE and I believe in their staff. They have been nothing but overly sweet and accommodating in every aspect of service. It is ALWAYS easy to get upset with one minor thing but, it seems so difficult for others to appreciate and acknowledge the greatness of what they have to enjoy with MALONE. I would be happy for anyone to reach out with any further questions. _______ AMAZING Experience! Immediately, the second you walk in the front door:The lobby is CLEAN, has a warm/at-home feel, and comforting music upon entry. The staff is incredibly helpful and courteous throughout; including any late night asks. One specifically on how to access the beautiful rooftop. TOP NOTCH view of downtown ST. Louis to the East and spectacular view of the sunset (on a clear night) to the West. From first walking-in - happy, more than satisfied, and still do not have one complaint. TO: The Whole Malone Team, you really outdid yourself. Thank you for the experience and stellar accommodation!!!.

Thank you so much for your kind and thoughtful review. We love to see how happy you are at Malone! You are just as much of an asset to this community. We appreciate you!
Just visited this property and the finishes are the best in the area. I have toured a lot of the surrounding properties and I have to say that this one from a design and finish standpoint is the best. I love that is is in such close proximity to the new soccer stadium as well! The leasing team was super nice and helpful with all the questions I had.

I applied for an apartment here was told I qualified and they would send the link to finalize my application, nothing. I called and they said oh yea I’m going to send it today again nothing. I have tried to reach them for since Wednesday and the mailbox is full. They will take your money for the application and then not respond back to calls or emails. If you want to live here get an agent to deal with their rental office.

I co-rent a 2 bedroom, and while it's apparent that the building was "cheaped out" on in various areas, I've seen much much worse as far as city apartments go, and overall I feel like I'm getting what I'm paying for. The unfinished paint look that was selected for a lot of areas is probably the biggest annoyance, and seems like a pretty clear-cut case of cutting corners on finish materials. Somehow they still found plenty of money for some gaudy furnishings in the lobby spaces. The amenities for the building are pretty cool: Both roof areas are comfortable with nice views/light and I've had a lot of success with entertaining guests here. When I first moved in they had us paying for parking in an open access lot, and sure enough my car was broken into, along with the cars of many of the other tenants. When we complained they did install an operating gate. (Although it's still kind of a ugly old parking lot). Dealing with sound has also been a challenge since the high unfinished ceilings are very echo-y. Paint job is sloppy in some areas, and flooring material is low end, but I haven't had too much material failure in either, and all the appliances/fixtures work well, apart from one faucet that I had to re-fasten on my first day in.

Thank you for your review. We would love to discuss resolutions for any current obstacles you are experiencing now at (314) 208-9542.
The only thing Malone Management is good at is making you feel uncomfortable, unwelcome, and burdensome. From HVAC issues to unfulfilled promises and security concerns, Malone has it all. They rushed to fill unfinished units and then cited "design changes." Construction cut many corners throwing these units up and continues to cut corners to repair those. I'm constantly cleaning up debris from the unfished ceiling and lead-based paint on the walls. The manager likes to make unannounced and unscheduled visits to apartments at 730am. Management has one mission: dissatisfy tenants to the point of breaking their lease.

We are so disappointed to hear your experience. We would love to talk through how we can solve any issues and create a positive experience for you at (314) 208-9542.
The Malone is advertised as a new modern/upscale building for young professionals. As prospective tenants we were presented with “plans” for amazing amenities, high end finishes, safety, attentive management, and a great community to be apart of. We signed our lease after being told the construction would be completed late June 2021. It is now mid September and the building is still not complete. Our “completed” unit itself is nothing like they told us it would be. We were told there would be exposed brick and the other walls would be finished since it is an old building that has been restored. Our walls were not finished, and the old paint chips and falls all over the floor constantly. When we asked why the walls had not been finished- management cited “design changes”. We were never made aware of any design changes at any point in the process prior to move in. Our puppy got sick a few times soon after we moved in and we suspected it was because the old paint was chipping all over the floor and possibly into his food/water bowls. Our vet suggested that since the paint is so old we have it tested for lead and sure enough it was positive. I asked to speak to upper management -another request that was ignored. Along with the walls, our floor boards are coming up and there are holes in the brick that have been filled with some type of spray insulation that DOES NOT keep insects out of our apartment. Our air conditioner also leaks water from the ceiling. It is apparent that there were many corners cut during the construction process, and we are definitely paying the price for it. In addition to the issues with our unit we have dealt with other tenants vandalizing the building and apartment doors. We’ve also had someone attempt to open our door in the middle of the night. It has been extremely frustrating to feel so misled through this entire process. Tenant satisfaction is not a priority at Malone, and the amount of false promises that were made is unacceptable. To anybody that is looking for a comfortable, quiet, and safe apartment building where you feel you are a valued tenant -Malone is not the place for you. Management is dismissive, barely present, unprofessional, and usually more concerned with making money off their dissatisfied tenants.
