DO NOT MOVE HERE. COCKROACHs the size of my thumb. The rent is far above market rate. They overcharge for everything. I live alone & my water bill runs around $70 a month + $7.00 admin fee. Common area electric usage $12 a month and the outside have been burned out for 2 yrs even though I have submitted maintenance request. 30 a month 7.00 admin fee for trash valet and they don’t pick up 1/2 the time. Pest control 3.00 a mo but they can’t get rid of the roaches. Every time I go to the leasing office they always have an excuse why they can’t help me and I have to come back. The gate was broken for months, finally fixed, broke again the next day. They don’t care.
I am so pleased to say my move in was great because of these great two people Ms. Nekeria and Mr. Andrew. They have made sure it was a pleasant move in, anything that needed to be taking care; they have made sure that it was taking care for me. You don’t always find this at apartment complex. I would recommend this apartment complex to family and friends. Great people!!!!!!

The first 8 months were good although it took 2 months to get a new fan installed. Then the security gate was and is currently broken. I had two random guys in a vehicle that I have never noticed in the complex approach me saying they wanted to give me information about human trafficking and I felt very uncomfortable also, the gate just happened to be broken at that time. Originally the leasing office was using a third party company to pay rent and when I contacted them in April 2020 because it would not allow me to pay online they told me my account was closed. The leasing office never contacted me and it took me about a week to get in contact with them so I could pay my rent. I received a letter that my rent was increasing in the mist of covid-19 not to mention I submitted maintenance orders to have my tub resurfaced and dishwasher serviced almost 10 months ago (November 2019). I agreed to renew my lease under the impression that these issues would be resolved which it has not. Currently there is a major issue with cats and the neighbor near me continues to feed them. I will be moving out as soon as I close on my house the rent is not worth the experience.
Ever since Dontavous left, the office people doesn’t do anything !!!! Lady in the front is terrible and lazy so it’s just like whatever to her ! She don’t know anything ! Just tell you stuff to get you out her face . Can’t get anything done if it needs to be done !! Dontavous was ON IT !

I was new here in Georgia and was looking for the best place to live and luckily I found this Apartment, the Manchester Place. From the initial tour of the community to the process of applying up to approval, Dontavious was really helpful and knowledgeable. He took care of everything and answered all my queries. I just moved in and I really love the place and the staff.
I am a new college graduate that was looking for a new place to live after college. I found Manchester Place online and it is everything it said it would be and more! The leasing staff was very helpful and accommodating, both through telephone and in person. The apartments are nice, spacious, and up to date. I am very confident that I found a great place to stay and I cant wait to start my lease here.
Recently viewed this place as a possible residence since I recently accepted a job in the area, and I was delighted by the entire experience. The community is gated which grants the privacy and security I prefer for a residence. The area was very quiet both times I visited the property. I was assisted by the leasing agent, Dontaveous, who was very delightful and pleasant upon our first meeting. He was always available for me throughout the process explaining each step. He also made sure to find me a unit within my price range and move in date, and approved the same day. Excited for move in!
I lost my house key on Saturday at 7:30 pm and called the urgent maintenance people number numberous times and now it's 3:39 pm on Sunday and no one called me back since. What if I had an animal at my house.? What is the purpose of an urgent maintenance person when they won't call you back and help you. Plus my rent has gone up! I will not be renewing my contract next year at all. Horrible place!
Been at the property for a year. They always find a way to mysteriously notify residence well after an incident had happened within the community. The maintenance is great. Constant employee changes in the office. All bills are separate and the trash, sewer, property upkeep fee, and the water bill for the laundry facility is outrageous. Beware of paying online as it is the only way to pay rent. Always check your charges. Someone runs through the gates every other week. On a scale through 10 my overall experience is a 6.
The location of the apartments are very close to interstate 20 making my commute to work a straight shot. Also maintenance is awesome at this property very hands on and always willing to assist in any way possible. One late night the pilot in the utility closet went out due to the how water heating bursting water was going everywhere but all we smelt was gas. We grabbed our purse and wallets headed out of the unit and called the on call maintenance number. I cannot remember the lady's name but she came out and was making sure we were taken care of. Our water had to be shut off she went as far as asking if we wanted a case of drinking water and we could use the employee showers if we needed to before work in the morning. (thank goodness for having family near). But she was such a sweat heart and I am happy that she is part of the team at Manchester Place.
If you want to live with roaches, and other bugs then this is the place for you. These roaches are long as my pinky finger and their babies can be found everywhere in your home. I've reported this problem multiple times but management does nothing but say they can put you on pest control list but every Friday, no pest control showes up. Mold was found and they try to say it was dirt. Rent is cheap, I will admit, but you eat what you pay for. Put your hard earned money somewhere else.
Monica the property manager is such a liar. She tells you anything just to get you out of her hair. Does nothing to better your stay here. The jacuzzi has been broken and MONTHS. Dumpster is overflowed with trash. Apartment is so old you can hear the pipes. Water bill is 150 for just me.

Do move here! The front office ladies are horrible, things never get done. Maintance hasnt done anything to fix my apartment. Roaches are coming out of my vents, The apartments are very big and spacies but its not worth the trouble.

This complex is clean and convenient, close to many stores and malls. The apartments are nice, management are great, prices could be better. In the 2 years I've been at this location, rent has gone up by $100.00. Any issues are resolved immediately. Overall, I recommend Manchester Place wholeheartedly.
