I've been here a couple months and so far its been great. The monthly events are so fun. I love that I'm so close to downtown Franklin.
I love living here. The amenities are top notch. The facility and grounds are very well kept. The neighbors are friendly. You would be hard pressed to find a better apartment complex in the area.

My husband and I have had such a great experience at Mandolin! The apartments have brand new appliances, are spacious, and have a beautiful patio. The amenities are so nice and include a workout facility, lounge area, pool, and free coffee. It’s like a mini vacation! Everyone is so kind and helpful. We highly recommend Mandolin!

The property is super well maintained, the office staff is great, and I love my unit. It was super clean upon move in, to the point I couldn’t even tell someone lived in it before me. Everyone is really nice and it’s really peaceful. Even my dog loves it here :) Thanks Mandolin!

I have lived here for over a year and I am glad that I found this place when I did. The office staff is amazing and personable. When I had a family emergency not only did the check up on me but they also did all that they could to assist me. Maintenance is quick! It’s a nice, family oriented, and quiet neighborhood!

We moved in a month ago and immediately felt like part of the community. The staff and our neighbors have made this feel like home from the start. The Mandolin offers great, modern amenities and the apartments are open and spacious. The appliances are like new as well. We have a dog and she has also enjoyed getting to know her four legged friends as well! I highly recommend The Mandolin for anyone who is looking to move to the area!

Our 1 bedroom apartment feels so homey and spacious. We have made it our own and will continue to do so. We love the area and how safe it is in the back of a big, family oriented neighborhood. Our amenities are almost resort style - the pool and clubhouse have amazing perks. We enjoy the pool and grill, workout center, coffee machine and pool table often. We love the events they host to keep us all connected and entertained. The staff is very kind and helpful. We truly feel this is the best location for us during this stage of our lives (we’re both 23).

I have lived here since august of 2022 and I have nothing but positive things to say about our apartment, the staff, and the community itself! The property manager and leasing staff are always kind, helpful, and they go out of their way to connect people in the community through different events. I’ve never had issues getting a response from leasing or maintenance since living here. Even when maintenance may have to order something they have always tried to find solutions for us in the mean time. While the apartments can be pricey at times I feel as though we have gotten our moneys worth here!

I have been living here for over a year. It has been a terrible experience, from moving into an already damaged apartment(electric sockets dont work, trim falling off, leaking faucets, painted over broken drawers, etc.). You want to make a complaint? Phone lines are down. You need Maintenace? they will barge in without knocking. I have had countless packages and mail stolen from the mail room because its often just left out. The apartment is quite literally falling apart, drywall coming through the floor trim. The a/c unit is condensing once a week and maintenance does nothing to fix it so I have to call the very next week. It is way to expensive to live in such a poorly built apartment with such awful employees.

We recently moved in and have enjoyed our time here so far. The leasing staff is very nice and they are constantly hosting fun events for the residents. The amenities are nice and the entire neighborhood is beautiful. My only complaint would be that there are some minor construction issues with our building, again very minor but things that I notice as I come from an interior design background. ??

Had a great move-in experience. The staff were very attentive to our needs and helped us pick the perfect place. The area is beautiful and so close to many great restaurants, shopping, gas stations and of course Downtown Franklin. The community is awesome and always has some fun things for the residents to attend in their clubhouse and meet some of the neighbors. The amenities are high end and classy. We can't wait for summer and the brand new pool to be open to enjoy!
