There are too many cockroaches in the kitchen. And the air conditioner is too noisy.

LOVE IT HERE!
I love the property of Manhattan Park. I moved in December 1st and everything ran smoothly. The leasing office and management office is great to work with. Remy was my leasing agent and he is always on point and provided great service. Jacqueline in the Management office is also great with any issues I had encountered.I had a couple of Maintenance issues that Gloria was able to take care of for me in a timely manner! The view of the city is amazing and the property is very family oriented.

Management is not good/responsive. Loud construction every single weekday starting at 8am, both outside and inside the building.

Won’t return security deposit
Have not returned our security security yet and it’s been two and a half months.

No Dogs
Victor does not like dogs. If you have a dog, you will not be getting an apartment here if you are going through Victor.
