Property Ratings at Manitowoc Place, LLC. Apartments
This place is terrible. Lobby is not secure and has not been secure for a year now. Place is dirty. Manager not on site. Vents are filthy. It’s very poorly managed.
The management company does not believe in maintaining the property. A vent is hanging off the wall but it still functions, cracks in tub but if they can't push them down, no fix, toliet cracked, not leaking, no fix

I believe these issues described on the review have already been repaired, there was a delay in some of the maintenance issues due to switch in Maintenance team.
