The City of Lakeland, Florida, located conveniently along Interstate 4 just 35 miles east of Tampa, is a bustling town and the home of Florida Southern College. Property Ratings at Watermarc
Nothing special for what they charge. Everything is cheap products, done half quality. Noisy young tenants, constant smell of wacky tobacci when the sun goes down. It is so bad I can not sit out on the patio at night. Issues with parking, doors closed hard as they stick, very thin windows which were to be replaced but ran out of money. Same as were to have a screened in patio and balconies, ran out of money. I could keep going on, but I will say stay away.
Pros: Almost a 5 , when all of phase 1 and 2 is complete will more than likely will be a 5. Property manager Shannon, maintenance staff are fantastic. The remodeling contractor’s whole team are great, friendly and make great neighbors. Neighbors are friendly, people actually wave and / or say hi even if they don't know you, we all watch out for each other... nice little community. They do their own neighborhood watch, well lit on the property, paved parking, pool, water, sewer, trash included. Contractor crew working hard renovating apartments as fast as they can, doing complete over haul. I and my daughter are in a new remodeled unit- love it. My service requests has been quickly addressed and office has been responsive. I recommend a remodeled unit at Watermarc. The location in Beacon Hill is a great area and close to lots of amenities. Cons: Right now: no in unit W/D hookups , maybe they will add in the future, def room for them.
Very good apartment in a great location,close to supermarkets and restaurants. The common areas are well maintained and staff very helpful. Quite, great neighborhood.
