Property Ratings at Manseau Flats
My wife and I lived in Manseau flats over the last year and hands down it is one of the best apartments we have ever lived in. The community is great, the people are friendly, the apartments are huge. Not a bad view of the Marina either! Great location - now becoming even more walkable with expansion of the Fox River Trail on our side of the river. We have lived in 10+ different apartments all over the country, including many in the Green Bay area, and none have come close to living up the Manseau! - Alec & Jena W
We lived there for a year and really enjoyed our apartment. Good location, nice and helpful management, spacious apartment, great views. We Highly recommend that apartment complex.
I really like living here. I've lived in a lot of apartments and this is probably my favorite. The people are all nice and its a tight knit group. The apartments themselves are really open and bright with great location. Management is responsive to any issues.
I love the location on the water. Apartments are large and have adequate space. Appliances are new and modern. All apartments have neighbor noise, but these seem to be well insulated. Has a lot of parking space and the balcony is a bonus
When we toured, we were so impressed with the sleek modern apartment layouts. Floor to ceiling windows overlooking the water are fabulous. Owners honest and good people, easy to work with. Excellent location!
The apartments are overpriced, the building management is absolutely terrible (they will bill you for everything they can and will never help sublease a unit) and cheap construction causes a variety of issues with the apartments falling apart. There are basically no amenities, the gym is a joke and there are no other communal areas.

You pay for the location and that’s it. If you want to hear your neighbors take every step, use the bathroom or drop a pin this is the place. Horrible management, completely overpriced and built horribly. I have been woken up from the sound of my neighbors walking. Plenty of other places in Green Bay that are newer, less expensive and are far better. Owned by individuals from Milwaukee who don’t have a clue

Very poor quality throughout. You can hear people going to the bathroom.
