Property Ratings at Mansfield on the Green
I been living here at Mansfield on the Green for 3 months. I've been getting harassed by police first day of moving into my unit. Sarah and Maintenance crew been invading my privacy. I've ask several times to be cc email with district manager no attempts have been made. Maintenance guys looking in my vehicle garage door be unlocked when I know I have locked the door. If you are not their kind or elderly individuals I advise to seek a different property, because this is the worst mistake I've made to downgrade my family out here. Not to mention the unnecessary towing and booting of the vehicles
I have lived here for over a year in a one bedroom apt. First year was great with no issues at all. New management came in and I renewed my lease for 12 months. I'm now paying $300 more per mo. which is more than what I agreed to. Management has made several incredibly bad decisions that have severely impacted how "luxurious" it is to actually live here day-to-day. They forced us to switch from AT&T fiber to Spectrum with a built in $100/mo fee even if you don't want the service. Additionally, amenities are less reliable with random "indefinite" closures with no further communication recently. Parking is limited if you have any guests or other tenants. Maintenance is understaffed but are trying their best. Overall, this place is a sinking ship and has only gone further down the drain since new management has taken over.
If you enjoy having company come over without the hassle of having to register the cars online EVERY TIME they come to visit, then please choose another apartment complex. Oh, by the way they can only visit 3 times a month. Sooooooo, yeah make sure you don't want to have someone come see you more than 3 times a month or they get the boot! I wish I would have seen a review about the horrible parking situation here, because I would have NEVER moved here!
The apartments are nice, but unfortunately I do not feel that the management cares for their tenants. I have had multiple packages stolen, with the same response from the management every time. I am told that "packages aren't supposed to be delivered to the door". Delivery drivers regularly deliver to our door, regardless of the preferences I may input (specifically "deliver to office"). I am shocked that this complex doesn't have any level of solution to care for their tenants, other than everyone buying their own doorbell camera. Please beware that if you enjoy purchasing things online, you will have no sense of security.
