I lived here for 5 years and lived through the rapid decline after ledic bought the place. It used to be a gated community but the gates stayed open after ledic and my door was kicked in and my apartment was robbed and my car was stolen from the property! Then when it was found and towed back, the management had it impounded! Instead of returning my deposit, they claimed I owed them over $3500 and sent me to collections!

Do not move in to these apartments unless you want to be ripped off. The management changes every few months. No one is never in the office to answer your questions. They increase your rent every 3 months (5%,). The corporation that purchased the complex are not making any updates for the amount they expect tenants to pay. The new corporation will come into your apartments "for inspection" unannounced. What more can I say! For a 1 bedroom the prices listed are false. They charge me $850 and that just increased 5%. Save your money and move into a better community.

I'm one of several people that have had management unlock and enter my apartment for no apparent reason. Frequent mildew and sewage odors that come and go, and a unit that is hard to cool in the summer and hard to warm in the winter. would not recommend

New management and new maintenance are worst then the people before. Maintenance entering my apartment for no reason with NO paper explaining why they’re entering my apartment. Imagine if I wasn’t there.. I would have never known they entered my apartment

My fiance and I moved in around December 2016. Everything seemed fine until our AC went out in May of 2017. It took a week to repair and they did not offer any window units to help keep up cool. Two weeks after the repair, the AC went out again until August. At this time, they offered a downstairs window unit to help keep us cooled off but as these are upstairs and downstairs, the upstairs was completely unlivable. They cut our rent in half for June and July, however, due to Oklahoma state law, they had broke the lease agreement by not fixing out AC in a proper amount of time. We formally put in a 30 day notice and they attempted to get the other half of rent for those two months along with the money for the rest of the contract. The contract that they broke by not supplying a livable condition. The last day of moving out, they tried to put an eviction notice on our door, so we attempted to call them and the landlord was always too busy to get back to us. We set up four appointments to do walk throughs with management and they refused to show. I tell every person I know, not to live here. I've contacted the better business bureau and housing on them. This was the worst living experience of my life.

I am currently a tenant of this complex. Do not move here unless you want to freeze in the winter and be miserable under the sweltering heat in the summer time. I have fallen down the stairs due to the handrail never being fixed after it broke when I moved in in June 2017. They are poorly insulated and drafty. The sewage does not drain properly and it smells septic constantly even if you keep the toilets clean. The garbage disposal drains into the dishwasher. The maintenance worker, Trey, is lazy and has a terrible attitude. The office manager is clueless. I have small children and currently have the thermostat set to 80 but due to the drafty conditions and gaping hole in the ceiling left on 12/31/2017 I cannot get downstairs to stay warm. Needless to say I will not be renewing my lease

I'm very sorry that you were not happy with your stay here and had to endure certain temperature issues. Upon review, we found nothing to be wrong with your heating or A/C. Poor conditions in this unit is the reasoning behind issues with plumbing. We accommodated on our end the best we could, but had no help on your end.
I went in to look at their apartments. The property manager there was incredibly friendly, outgoing, and most importantly honest when it came to giving me the good with the bad, in regards to renting with them.
