Unprofessional management & VERY dated property
Had an appt to view apt on a certain day in May 2021 and management was a no show. I called and left a message at 2 different numbers. She texted me the following day stating she has to cancel my coming appt because the apt isn’t available to view. No apology for missing the actual appt scheduled for the day prior but rather acting as if it was scheduled for another day! How brazenly rude and unprofessional. That aside, she said the apt wasn’t ready. Why in the world schedule a showing in the first place then!!!!! Guess she did me a favor because the exterior looks like complete crap but the online photos are somewhat deceiving so I can only imagine the grossness of the interiors. Careful with this property management company. Unprofessional from the start so very likely not the best to rent from. Another review mentions bugs in the building and from my visit, looking at the exterior property, I could absolutely believe there is a bug issue.

BUGS!!!
I am lucky if I am awake while I see a centipede crawling on the wall. I can not imagine how many bugs are getting into my apartment while I’m sleeping without my recognition. Something needs to be done, it’s repulsive!
