Property Ratings at Maple Court Apartments
DO NOT under any circumstances waste your money living here. Find somewhere else even if it means paying more. The poor living conditions and low quality of life do not warrant the $1300+ price tag. The parking situation was and always will be abysmal. Good luck trying to park near your residence after 5pm. The walls are paper thin and you would feel as if your neighbors were your roommates. There is an inexorable amount of insects and rodent infestations. The heat works intermittently and management is slow to respond to such emergencies. Most of the neighbors are not pillars of society and you will likely encounter police responding to domestic disturbances. There is also a constant smell of weed permeating throughout the complex.

Living here for years and this place sucks. Thin walls, mold problems, takes long to fix things. Hot water takes ages. No parking or parking lines in lot.

I have lived here for many years and this place is great. You have an updated apartment with beautiful cabinets and stainless steel appliances and a Washer/Dryer which is an amazing feature. On site Management is extremely helpful and addresses all concerns. I highly recommend renting here. You won't be disappointed
Property Manager at Maple Court Apartments, Responded To This Review
Thank you for your positive review. We are pleased that you are happy with your apartments and Management. Regards, Maple Court Apartments
My apartment is beautiful. Everything is newly renovated. Greatly priced. Maintenance is amazing. Quiet and safe neighborhood.
Where do I start? Rats, roaches, thin walls, mold issues, heat that works intermittently, no parking....and if you have two people in an apartment, your water bill is $140. If you have 3? $210. Thats right, they charge per person for water, $68/month. They rip you off coming and going. Terrible management, refuse to fix issues, and if you complain? NOTHING will get done. One of my neighbors complained to the "property manager" about not having heat, his response was "so move out". If you plug more than one thing into some outlets, all your power goes out. Dumpsters are often overflowing, and garbage is everywhere behind the buildings. The place is legitimately a cesspool. If you have any other option, DO NOT LIVE HERE!
We Have lived here for 4 years and this is the first year ever that the snow cleanup and Maintenance of walkways was done promptly and kept up with, and with that said this has been the biggest improvement in the quality of repairs since im here as well. The Manager is on top of every issue and the maintenance guys are extremely helpful and skilled. The place is safer with all lighting working. The quality of tenants has improved also.
I recently searched for an apartment for weeks and i chose this place for price and location. The Property is very clean and is constantly improving/upgrading from what i can see. The maintenance/property manager and his team are extremely helpful and polite.People i have talked to (neighbors) have also expressed that its improved greatly in the last few months. i tried to tip one of the guys for helping me and he would not except it.very refreshing place . my apartment is completely upgraded.
DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! i don't care what your situation is. this place has issues ranging from no parking, stink bug infestations, dryers not working, heat not working, A/C not working....you name it....awful management too that doesn't care for your well being. please for the love of god do NOT make the same mistake as me and move here!!!! find anywhere else !!!!!
The only reason I am giving 2 stars instead of one is because the superintendent/landlord has attended to my maintenance requests promptly. Apartments are old and prone to leaks/water damage, but repairs are timely. Apartment complex as a unit to live in is livable and clean as provided. The deciding issues for my rating are community/safety. I was very disappointed with the lack of parking, garage units, lack of safety/lack of police presence and seeming questionable activity surrounding the unit at all hours of the day including broad daylight where I resided. The neighbors that were not close to me were very friendly and helpful even helping me when I was stuck in snow and I have helped in kind, but the neighbors immediately me were unfriendly and hostile with pets to match from the day I moved in. When I first moved in my estimated electric bill was completely inaccurate, to the point that after asking for research they corrected the billing and I had a several month credit on my account. No follow up to sound ordinance reminders as tenants around me persistently engage in disruptive activities past 10PM, before 8AM that do not involve sleeping. Had I not had the issues I would have stayed longer, good price for the area overall.
First time in years of living away from home I would leave a bad review for anywhere. For non-military / people not used to military bases, you will be harassed in the morning and evening with wake-up and sleep trumpets from the base. If you work a normal m-f 9-5 good luck ever reaching the landlord without losing time at work, poor guy appears to be by himself so there's no real office hours for people who work day jobs. A lot of neighbors are decent people but some are sketchy, questionable and will stick out right away(like my neighbors who crawled out AFTER I moved in and are not friendly at all). It's a police dead zone so good luck trying to file disturbance complaints when your nocturnal neighbors are persistently loud and obnoxious at all hours of the night. Landlord sends warnings about pets and noise but there is no follow through. No parking, a lot of people who probably shouldn't be here are taking up the spots and will willfully box you in if you are not careful. Walls are thin, flooring is old, heating is radiator that may or may not work , central air is a wall ac and not properly piped. Heating and electric are over billed and from what I discovered the electric company I am forced to have has no way to get accurate readings, so I paid $$$ when I never paid high bills before ever and probably paid the landlords bill or someone else'sbill but have no way to fight back. You pay a water bill in an older style apartment and have no access/control over your water temperature as well. Biggest costliest mistake for me was coming here thinking it would be a savings. I should have waited a little longer and picked a quality apartment, please consider all reviews before renting, I would only come here if I was desperate knowing what I know now.
They only care about your rent payment, and barely fix if something broke down. Outrageous water bills and not appealing neighborhood.
Current property manager does not care about the welfare of tenants. This place is ran down and don't care about you. They only care about filling places regardless of the quality of life or uality of tenants. This is by far the worst place I have ever lived in.
Beautiful brand new kitchens & spacious bedrooms. Conveniently located to Joint Air Force Base. Most affordable place my family and I have found in the area!
The apt. is a dump in an very old complex built around the early 1960's. the floors are all out lopsided due to the shifting of the building due to age. the apts. are poorly maintained. They charge a water and sewage bill that adds approximately $150 to $200 to your monthly rent that is not properly accounted for and/or metered properly. All of the internal door do not close tight due to building shifting.
