Maple Grove Apartments

The pictures are rather nice but are nothing compared to what I saw in person. I submitted an application and I was told that I would receive a full refund in less than 24 hours which I did after the tour. The manipulation in the complementary just so you could submit one is outstanding. Wouldn’t recommend this place ??

Well, I've been patiently waiting for my mail box to be fix and my toilet. I told the staff there at the apartment complex, so far no help there. I've been to pay my rent the online services they doesn't work at all. And I have no hot water in the bathroom sink nor kitchen sink unless I let it run for about 7 to 10 minutes imagine that water bill. It's crazy right? My thoughts exactly

So far so good! Maintenance is always prompt and helpful, neighborhood is quiet, loving my experience. Very good sized one bedrooms, and great location.

My resident experience is good. I don’t have any issues that would make it a bad experience. For that reason, I would recommend living here.

Absolutely appalling maintenance. I've had 6 different work orders in 3 months. One was placed the first week I moved in and wasn't taken care of until I called complaining about a more pressing work order. Air conditioning has not worked in months. I can run it all day and it is still unable to maintain a reasonable temperature but it can surely keep my electric bill high. Truly the kind of place that makes your mom's basement not look too bad.

Love the community. After hour maintenance sucks. Told me to now use sink......

Maple Grove has been a real relief as far as response time to any matienance issues.

Overpriced for what you get. Windows are terrible and drafty. Can't see out of them and need to be replaced. AC goes out all the time in the summer and you burn alive upstairs. But unsafe living conditions like that aren't considered an "emergency".

Maple grove apartment is nice. Sebring was very cooperative with me through out the last 2 years as a tenant. All me my maintenance request were carried out within no time and no delays So far I had a comfortable stay and I would like to continue

Staff flounders to get things done, big bugs and old run down buildings

excellent environment with strong management team. Manager sabrina is very well communicated and professional. maintenance supervisor Dave is very co-operative person. overall, its a very welcoming place for new comer

Maintenance in some issues are good in the location, I would give them that.

First of all not value for money,secondly they do not properly remove snow hence lot of difficulties in winter,houses are infested with bugs in the summer my friends child almost ate a bug,in winter there will be ice formation inside the rooms as the heating is not good,washer dries will be out of service most of the times,no dishwasher and bad quality of materials are used for most of rooms.most important they will not return your deposit and they won't send a proper bill back to you after you vacate.they won't communicate properly that what is going to be the charge while you vacate.so guys be aware there are lot of good apartments nearby now don't fall into their monopoly business.

Been living here for almost 6 months. Plan on moving once lease is up. It was my first place and I was in a rush so I kind of just accepted the first place that accepted me lol. Anyways you are paying for the area! The apartment is a decent size although I wish it was bigger, especially the dining area. Bedroom is a decent size as well as the bathroom although the bathrooms mirror is honestly disgusting to look at. Huge crack in the window and spider webs everywhere. The bug problem is real. I'm not sure if they're coming in from the vents, drains, or windows but they're definitely present. Spiders and rollie pollies mostly. We've had a few issues for example when we moved in the refrigerator didn't work so they ended up having to give us another fridge but put the door on the wrong way and never fixed it. No big deal though. Aside from the neighbors are pretty cool. No one is extremely loud (I also don't have any kids in my building so this may play a role) or steals mail and what not. Which is something I really love. Coming from a bad neighborhood and seeing that someones package was able to just sit by the mailbox and not be touch (which had to be about 2 weeks or so) was refreshing. I still feel like we could get more somewhere else even if we have to pay another $100-200 or so. The basement is definitely creepy. Something out of a horror movie in my opinion and of course SPIDERS. If you're anything like me I absolutely hate going down there to do laundry because there is always spiders and sometimes really big ones down there. They do have family things to do in the summer by the pool for the kids which is cool. I honestly feel your opinion on this place will vary depending on what your expectations are and what apartment you get. I haven't had many problems except for the fridge compared to others who have had many. It is decent for a first apartment and the area is great although I'm not sure about the school system since I don't have any kids.

The bugs here are disgusting. They look like roache. When you kill them they leave stains everywhere. The exterminator, came a few times and nothing got resolved. Now they don't come at all. We see bugs almost every other day now. This place is far from worth the price we pay. Every other week we have to call maintenance to fix something. The shower head, shower faucet, window are thin and air gets in, it feels like nails are sticking out on the ends of the carpet, the stove, and not to mention the closet door feel on me. The basements floods as well besides it looking like a dungeon. Highly would not reccomend this place especially for the price I pay for inconveniences every other day.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. They just try to get over on people. If you get approved they automatically take money out of your account before even notifying you of being approved. Just because I applied doesn’t mean I still wanted the apartment. They took 100 dollars out of my account then told me it was non refundable after I would not sign the lease. AND at the time of applying, I was told one price, and on the lease they emailed me, it was 40 dollars HIGHER! Also, READ THE FINE PRINT on the lease, in small letters it said rent is subject to change. Dont waste your time! They dont care about you they just want your money.

The walls and roofs are so thin that you can hear people walking above you. And if you have a noisy neighbor say goodbye to your good night's sleep maybe for days or even months sometimes. The management does not take any action when you complain except for sending out a common noise violation notice to every apartment in the entire building. I am not sure if they even ask potential renters some very basic questions about renter’s job and hours of work or their intentions of indulging in noisy activities during ungodly hours before handing them keys to a 2nd floor apartment. I have lived in many apartments in different states (IA, TX, NY, VT, MI) and so far this one is the worst.

This place is the worst place with noisy neighbors, especially the kids. They yell when playing soccer every single day. My building's washing machine was broken, and no one fix it. The yard was full of trash. You definetely don't want to live in this apartment.

I've been a resident of Maple Creek for two months and I can honestly say I have had nothing but a positive experience. The girls in the office are helpful and pleasant to deal with. I would definitely refer my friends and family here.

This apartment is nasty the hallways are very dirty and they allow people to leave shoes in hallways this apartment also had bugs

haven't had to many issues just a/c issues leasing office is decent. Tenants aren't but trash area isn't well kept though
