This property sucks, lived here for a year office people are not professional. Don't count on getting your deposit back they charge for the smallest things such as wear and tear, they will find anything to charge on top of the deposit. Parking sucks can't have guest over. They up the rent but don't upgrade anything. Maintenance requests are always ignored. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Been living here since 1999. I haven't had any major problems here. I feel safe and love it here. The management and maintenance do a really good job. Stores and schools are close by which is convenient. I highly recommend this place for safe and comfortable living.

I've lived here for about 4 months and in that time, they've done construction in the upstairs apartments surrounding my unit around 3 times without notice. As someone who works long overnight shifts, I don't appreciate being woken up after two hours of sleep. They could at least give notice to surrounding units so those of us who have to sleep during the day can find somewhere else to sleep. Also have issues where the water will be boiling hot, even if you turn the cold water on and while showering the water temp will change about every 30 seconds, so it's a game of hoping you get out from under the water before it burns too bad. They had maintenance look at it but haven't done anything about it. I spend nearly my entire paycheck to live here, I wish it would at least be a more pleasant stay. Exit gate is also almost always broken, letting in homeless and solicitors. What's the point in making us pay for a "gated community" if anyone can just walk in?

This property has no guest parking at all, they expect you to park on the street and still get your vehicle towed even if it's parked on the street. The manager has no professionalism whatsoever. they have more than enough parking to enforce visiting parking or even some kind of Guest Pass for their visitors. I would not recommend this complex at all they don't allow you to have visitors.
Been here for over 5 years and the apartments have really continued to get better. The management is great and the property is maintained. Recently they have been upgrading amenities. Safe and quiet.
The maintenance man there by the name of Jose it’s the very best he is always on time and does a great job!! He’s probably the best thing to happen to these apartments
They weren’t in the office until 2 PM they didn’t answer their phones and at the end of it there was no availability and they didn’t update their website or apartments.com and they never answer there phones
As extremely busy as it was this Saturday when I came in to get information on a 2 bedroom,. the young lady was patient and took individual time to help everyone in the office and took all of us as a group to view the display model,. I did fall in love with the apartments but by the time we came back to apply their were no more apartments available, She explained they do go fast and people apply on line as well. I should of applied on line like she suggested. I will definitely come back apartment is very warm and cozy,and staff was very helpful
The people here are wonderful. The maintenance staff is friendly and responsive, and the office staff is very professional and always available with a smile to answer any questions or address any issues. The apartments are efficient, well kept, and reasonably priced. We have friendly neighbors and decent grounds with a nice pool, hot tub, and ample laundry facilities. Maple Hill Apartments are very convenient to the 210 and the 10 freeway, and of course they're right on route 66. A great option for apartment living in Fontana!
I viewed the property on 08/12, and went online on 08/15 to complete the online sign-up and pay the application fees and hold fees. The website wasn't allowing me to go through, so I called the leasing office. They made notation and stated they would call with how to proceed. Never received a return call, tried to call the office all day on 08/16, and no response or return call. I guess they don't want working tenants, or tenants with the funds to move right away. This was a sign of their customer service, and it's not what we would want out of an apartment management. We will be starting our search over.
This place is absolutely horrible! Unless you want roaches crawling on you at night, cold water through the year and laundry machines that never work I repeat don't least here. This place is a joke. There have been roaches since we moved in! None of our windows seal correctly or front door. The washer and dryer laundry unit is always stealing your quarters or not working properly. And let's not forget how rude management is!
This is the worst place to rent. The water is turned off once a month. Occasionally not even warned. There is never adequate hot water from kitchen faucet. Grounds maintenance does a horrible job and when brought up to management you are retaliated against. ( my husband complained about leaves and trash always blown in our patio and front door~ then came home to find so many leaves in our patio we could not even see our patio furniture.) leasing office personal are the worst, never get a straight/ honest answer. Can not wait for our one year lease to be up.
Management shuts waste off once a month for the last year for "repairs" Work orders never get done Management doesn't submit your payments in time and charge you with a late fee
