BEDROOMS, STAIRCASE AND HALLWAY UPSTAIRS ARE CARPETED. NO WITING IN BEDROOMS OR LIVING ROOM FOR LIGHTING, SO LAMPS ARE NEEDED. ROOM SIZES ARE ALL ADEQUATE. HEAT AND HW INCLUDED IN RENT. APARTMENT INCLUDES A FRIDGE AND STOVE. RESERVED PARKING IN TWO LOTS FOR TENANTS. LAUNDRY ROOM FOR ALL TENANTS ON THE FIRST FLOOR OF THE COMPLEX. PLAYGROUND, PARK AND PUBLIC SWIMMING POOL ALL WITHIN A 5 MINUTE WALKING DISTANCE. LOCATED LESS THAN A MILE FROM A GROCER (Shaws). THE AREA THE COMPLEX IS IN IS CONSIDERED 'DOWNTOWN' AND IS NOT VERY CLEAN. NEIGHBORHOOD IS VERY LOUD AT ALL HOURS. BUILDING HAS HAD REPETITIVE PROBLEMS WITH BOTH BEDBUGS AND COCKROACHES. IF YOU HAVE KIDS AS I DO, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUILDING. NEIGHBORHOOD IS DANGEROUS. COMPLEX IS NOT WELL-MAINTAINED BY THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT.
