Maple Ridge Apartments

Yes the apartments are spacious but THEY ARE INFESTED WITH MICE AND ROACHES. Their definition of helping the problem is giving you a can of roach spray and 2 mouse traps. They refuse to fix anything bathroom ceiling is constantly leaking and even when they see it all the gonna say is no good cut a hole out and patch it up. You will have the same problem next week. Don't even get me started on that rental office.

Nice and quiet apartments. Neighbors are very helpful and good also plenty of room for children to play. Free swimming pool and fitness room.

Infested with roaches and rodents. dilapidating structures which include leaking ceiling in bathroom, shower system always getting. Gated community with enctrance gate always getting bad and open. Potholes at the entrance gates and buildings that have been burnt for over a year without repair.Stay away if you don't want you or your family to get sick.

I didn’t get to rent an apartment due to fires that destroyed a few 2 bedroom units, but after submitting an application and spending $70 on the application I got a full refund that day. Rental staff are very professional and nice.

Maple Ridge Apartment is a neat, cool, well-organized and well-situated (for access to Metro bus, grocery stores, schools, etc) apartment. The members of staff here are excellent and always ready to listen to tenants’ complaints for immediate attention and solution. One of them by name, Vianney, is very knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, hospitable, and possesses great customer-relationship qualities and always ready to assist tenants/intending tenants with their rental questions. Each time I complained about one thing or the other, it was always given immediate attention. The maintenance staff are great and respond to requests the same day or next depending on when the complaint was made in the office. After the work schedule, you would still be reminded prior to the actual day and time and they never fail. It is a well-organized apartment where emphasis is placed in noise reduction and consideration of other tenants. I recently left the apartment to another state for a new job and I would want to be there any time I go back to Maryland for another job. When you maintain their apartment well, your security deposit will not be tampered with. I received my security deposit with INTEREST after parking. I have equally recommended many people that are currently enjoying the apartment. I would undoubtedly recommend this place for anyone and it is also affordable.

Neat and cool apartment. After complaining to the management about my car being towed away, Mr David looked into it and I got a refund. We just got our lease renewed and I want to say thank you Mr David for helping out once again on our new lease. you are so appreciated sir. And to mention, Good and fast response when you call for maintenance. I’ll definitely recommend this apartment. Thanks

Don’t even think of this Apartment. This is the worst apartment you can ever think of. They have poor parking space and even as a resident or visitor, your car can get towed at anytime without proper warning or notice. I’m a current resident , This is the 2nd time in 2months my car is towed and I get to pay $175 each time this happens and My visitor’s car has also been towed twice too with the many inconveniences that comes with it. The staff are so non challant and mean about it. I will NEVER renew my lease with them. They don’t deserve a single star , but the review won’t just post without a star. They are just crooks and poor hungry looking apartment, exploiting on their residents to survive

As a 2nd time resident here, this is a good place to live. The rental office staff are very knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly to assist you with all your rental questions. The apartments are spacious with very large living room, kitchens and walk-in closet, as there are only 2 units per floor in each building. There are laundry facilities on site as well as play areas for small children. The maintenance staff responds to your request the same day or next with an email to let you know that your “work order request” has been received and completed. The grounds and buildings are always kept very clean, as the only challenge to get those with pets to remember to pick-up after them. Another good thing is that the property recently implemented sending emails of events in the areas, rental reminders, parking reminders, and other important notices to eliminate paper notices in the door and in the building.
