Property Ratings at Maple Ridge
The management team, under Traci's leadership, worked closely with me and my adult kids to assist them working through the application approval cycle. When roadblocks emerged, their team explained the situation and offered solutions on how to overcome. Thanks Maple Ridge!

This community is very quiet with a lot of grass and trees.
This is a great community. It is quiet and very clean. They have lots of trees which makes it feel secluded - like a park.

It's such a great feeling to know that we left you with such a remarkable impression of MapleRidge. We're overjoyed to see your rating and truly thank you for sharing!
The apartment sizes and outdoor area are great however the maintenance people take forever to get to you and there were a lot of things that needed to be done before we moved in that never got done. They wont replace things unless its completely busted up and broken even if it was defective when people move in.

Absolutely beautiful! So happy to call this home. The best location. Easy access to so many outdoor activities! It's peaceful and quiet with great access to the Columbia River and the river trail. Not to mention the beautiful design of the apartments themselves. So many windows in each unit to make it feel open and airy!

Hello, we strive for 100% satisfaction, and it is great to see you had such a positive experience at Maple Ridge.
Decent apartments. The price per square foot is a great rate, and the apartments have been well maintained. They are older, could use a little updating, but overall a good apartment for those seeking something simple and affordable.

I love the condo. It was clean when we moved in. We live under some of the beautiful trees in the community. Very comfortable and cozy.

Hi, we are very happy we could provide you with a positive experience! Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you; we are more than happy to help!
I just recently moved to Maple Ridge about a month ago... at first I was just going to drive by with my Daughter, she told me Mom, go back n and talk to them, youre already here!.... when I walked in, I was greeted by Tracey who had the most beautiful and welcoming smile, she was so helpful in answering any questions and reassured me she would help find me the perfect home, and boy did she ever!!! With a little patience she had personally returned a phone call to tell me the news that she found my perfect fit!!!! Its a one bedroom facing the nature preserve across the street, its so quiet and peaceful ... When Tracey opened the door to welcome me , my son noticed the little details and a final personal touch such as a rose she made on the toilet paper roll!!! Lol I love that!!! On a last note I want to thank Tracey and Bella the assistant manager for their patients.. Im an older woman with little knowledge of computers and they were both so kind and helpful to help me with the move. ... if youre looking for a quiet , very well kept grounds.. close to shopping and parks I highly recommend this community!

Great community to live for my children and I. For someone without a vehicle, there are stores nearby, we live in walking distance of some schools, and the transit is nearby. Nice staff, never had any issues with communication. Reasonably priced rent.

We are grateful that you took the time to provide us with feedback! It's been a pleasure serving you at Maple Ridge. We enjoy serving our residents, and your kind words made our team's day particularly rewarding.
I think the two bedroom apartments are renting for way to high of a price, I think Maple Ridge still needs to get lights in the parking lot for safety and brighter lights around apartments

Nice looking environment. Grounds kept up. Office staff is marginal. Maintenance below average. They are also short staffed ALWAYS. I have been here 7 years and maintenance and office staff have always been an area of concern. But Maple Ridge "looks nice..." Until you move in.

Been here for seven years. While some improvements have been made, others remain an area of concern. Maintenance has always been poor.

Maple Ridge is a nice place, its by the main grocery stores. The apartments could be better as well as parking. It's pretty quiet and everyone stays to themselves.
Property Manager at Maple Ridge, Responded To This Review
Thank you and we do apologize about the parking if you would like to get your own parking space please call the office and we can help. We would love to have gatherings with residents when this pandemic is over so we can all get to know each other!
The new mangers are great. They listen to what you have to say. Over all the apartments are in a great location. Not to far from the stores or freeways.

Despite living here during this pandemic we are happy to live here is a nice area to live neighbors are friendly and respectful children are in the same way, all I don't like is have to sweep my tree leaf entrance during autumn but I love its shade in the summer.

We would love to have all our social gatherings again when this pandemic is over, but we hope you and your family are healthy and stay safe during these times:)
Since moving in a few years ago, in my opinion the new office staff and new maintenance team are doing a great. There have been many updates to the property and grounds which was greatly needed. I look forward to the new appearance completed. I appreciate they accept animals. The walking trails close by makes it a great place to walk my dog. I have great neighbors and highly recommend Maple Ridge.

Whatever you do DO NOT RENT OR LEASE HERE these apartments are very old and outdated nothing has been updated it is not worth the rent they are asking for with the utilities being separate your better off renting somewhere else where they are included in the rent. Horrible unprofessional staff working in this crap of a show complex not willing to work with you on nothing. Every time you talk to they are so rude. Every time you talk to them they look like they hate their jobs so much. I moved out of this garbage apartment due to the lock not working I was unable to even lock or unlock my door. I had to be jumping in and out of the window just to lock my house to leave. They never seem to believe me neither had a sense of urgency to fix it. I moved my stuff out due to unsafe living conditions especially with having a child. Worst experience I have ever had at an apartment complex in my life and I would strongly recommend DO NOT RENT HERE.

We are disappointed to learn of your experience while your stay here and falling short of meeting your expectations is not the standards that we strive to achieve. Thank you for providing this information so we can improve upon our services. Maple Ridge
The location is excellent. It’s very close to the highway junction and bypass. Fred Myers being about a block away is a nice convenience. Rent is a little steep in my opinion but so is everywhere else around here. The one thing I dislike is the garbage and water bill added to the bill making it fluctuate every month, but not by a lot. This month it was $53.00 added to our rent. The crime here is not as bad as people post on here.. I’ve lived here for 6 months and haven’t heard of anything going on or any theft. The only time i see police here is an occasional patrol through the parking lot. The maintenance does a good job here but sometimes take a little bit to respond. They have fixed any issues I’ve had with my place. The only real complaint I have is that when I first moved in to this place i was shown an apartment that I was told was ready for move-in. After paying the deposit and fees I moved in and realized that the air conditioner remote was missing and the unit itself was not functioning properly. This was at the end of July and it was about 105 degrees outside and 90 degrees in my apartment. It took nearly a month for the ac to be fixed and charged with coolant, as well as for the remote to be replaced. On top of this, the pool was shut down for a couple weeks during this time so I was not a happy tenant at first.

If you enjoy paying over $200 for an electric bill due to a broken heating unit that you put in a work order for 2 months before it was actually fixed and thought you could get help paying the “highest electric bill on record” - (city of richland) when the apartment manager said they would “help” then this is the place for you. Also, they have a dumpster outside that’s cheaper to live in and you’ll get a very similar experience.

We are disappointed to hear that you did not have a more positive experience with us at Maple Ridge. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We will use your comments to refine our efforts to ensure this issue does not happen again.
The management focuses on making tenants lives miserable. Rude to everyone, except favorites so have litters of cats and dogs. Maintenance is a joke, theft and vandalism daily occurrences. Vindictive management poorly run, mold infested, if you like being treated like a low class nobody and live in filth, please, this is the place for you.

So i moved here with my roommate almost a year ago. we were told that rent was $690 a month and that the only thing we needed to worry about was electric and wifi so no big deal. two months in i get a bill from gray whatevers and they have water, sewer, garbage and electric services that adds up to about another $60-70 and when i went in to ask what it was the blond lady looked at me like i was stupid for asking why i was being charged because one part of the contract says you don't have to pay but then another part says you do. but the people that live here are ok. but grrrrrrrrrrr for not telling us about the extra fees
