Property Ratings at Maple Street Lofts
The community at the building, both residents and staff, are very welcoming and friendly. The amenities are great and I love the patio space during the warmer months and there’s always something going on at the building or being sponsored by the building.
The property is beautiful and well maintained. Love the well established community outside my doorstep and the convenience of the grocery store and train! The village events, farmers market and local establishments are awesome.
I moved in April of 2023 and it’s been nothing but great. Great staff and the building is very beautiful plus love that there’s a groceries store in the building and everyone is very friendly.
The building is located in downtown Mount Prospect which has tons of great shops and restaurants. The grocery store on the first floor is super convenient. The building has great amenities. The staff is always helpful and caring.
I have lived here for 2 years now, after thinking this would be a 6-month stay. The management staff is onsite and incredibly responsive to our needs. They help create the friendly culture of the community, offering varied events throughout the year. Maintenance, also onsite, is first class and our friends have commented that the building is so clean that it looks like a hotel. Other friends have said they felt like they were relaxing at a resort, while enjoying the community space on the terrace, which includes a pool, fire-pit lounge areas and grills, as well as beautiful landscaping. The residents are friendly and dogs are welcome. And the Caputo's market in the building is so convenient, helping to make this place complete stress-free living.
I love this place. I have lived here two years and love it. Residents are nice, say hello in the elevator. We have a grocery store next to main lobby. Lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Train station to take you downtown Chicago in thirty minutes. And the farmers market in summer. We have it easy here!
Wonderful place in Mount Prospect! 1.5 years living here and it's still a very good place to live! Always quiet, safe, and with excellent service in the services offered. I’m satisfied!
I have lived here for 1.5 years and thoroughly enjoyed it! The property is so well maintained. The jacuzzi is game-changing. The attached Caputo’s and few steps away Metra are incredibly convenient. Plus, the Business Managers - Andrew and Georgia are kind, professional, and thoughtful. I especially appreciate their open door policy and welcoming resident events. Choosing to live here is one of the best decisions you’ll make!
I've been here from the beginning and still love it just as much as on day one. The staff set the stage for creating an incredible community through informal events within the building. I appreciate how responsive they are and friendly at all times.
Great staff and great property! I have lived here for over a year and I have zero complaints. Love it so much.
From location and amenities to management and maintenance, this property stands out among the rest. The apartments and common spaces are beautiful and pristinely presented. The private pool deck and on-site grocery store are features rarely found in community living outside of downtown Chicago, and proximity to the Metra makes getting downtown an absolute breeze. The staff is wonderful and super friendly which makes it an easy decision to call this place home.
I have lived here since the building loved it and absolutely love it! The building is new and is located right in the center of downtown Mount Prospect. There is a grocery store that is accessible from the lobby which adds a whole other level of convenience. Everyone that works here are super friendly and accommodating.
Andrew, Georgia, Jennifer. I've been living here for almost one year and it is great! Staff is very understandable and communicative. I am a manager/Director of Operations myself and I know hard it is to accommodate everybody's needs, but they do an awesome job. The only thing we as a community are missing is a pool table, hopefully, we can see one in the near future. Thanks again Andrew, Georgia, Jennifer
Professional, friendly staff; new building with nice amenities; seems quiet; close to train
One main downside to the apartments was the promise of the Grocery Store that would be part of the complex, but there was no progress on accomplishing that goal in the 7 months that I lived in the complex
The apartments here are new and clean. The community is filled with kind people and there are many amenities to enjoy here.
The Community is great, small get togethers, state of the art fitness center, cleanliness of the common areas, outdoor pool...its a beautiful building. The units are average but accommodate my needs.
We would definitely recommend this apartment community and have been telling our friends how much we like it.
Tony is one of the friendliest and most professional building managers I have met. He is very approachable and kindly answers any questions I have (and there can be many), and his knowledge and expertise is very appreciated.
The building, units, and community amenities are top-notch! We never knew what a difference it would make to live in a community that is laid out so well. So much open space, and there is something for everyone: business/office space, gym, dog park, outdoor grills, and who doesn't like a hot tub to relax those muscles in every now and then? Community events held several times a month, so you have a chance to meet some neighbors if you want to (but no judging if you don't). Overall, people just enjoy living here, and nothing makes it all what it is more than the friendly, amazing staff: Georgia, Jennifer, Andrew, and Tony. They know how to treat everyone with respect and congeniality, even if you just walked in to say Hi. AND the location couldn't be better--steps away from the Metra, great restaurants within 3 blocks in any direction, and Lions Park down the street. We love living here!
Great communication, staff is friendly and informative, and everyone is responsive.
Would be a 10, but there are few concerns. Would like the grocery store and car wash area to be finished; would like if the complex had a dolly that could be loaned for moving heavier items; would like if the complex had value added services they could recommend, such as a cleaning service, dry cleaning service, car detailing services etc. (this would add a great deal of value to the residents; more than the social events and mixers in my opinion)...
I feel like I am living at a resort. Everything is perfect
Best amenities out of all of the apartments we looked at. The sense of community is very nice, helped by all of the great events the staff have thoughtfully planned.
Nice building, close to town and transportation.
It is worth touring, friendly available questions answered or provided answers post tour
