Awesome upgrades and staff. Big improvement from prior owners

I am very pleased with my apartment. They have new management and they've been very good in any fixes I needed, and nice to work with. My apartment is large and quiet. I see lots of upgrades to our amenities coming in.

I have seen others say the same thing and honestly I agree I absolutely love this place.

This has to be the most improved apartment complex in the Pasadena area.

I've very fond of this establishment. I highly recommend to the greater Houston/ Pasadena area.

Outside is one of my favorite places to be. It's great to live somewhere you can just sit outside and enjoy the fresh breeze.

I have so many more good than bad things to say. With any apartment complex they're going to have their ups and downs but for the age this place has I have to say it's overall great. It seems like they need a bit more help outside but they get to what they need to when they can. I'm thankful and will continue to recommend this place as much as possible.

I've visited these apartments about 2 times now. Each time I am welcomed with a warming smile and a friendly greeting. The information is all written down for me and any questions I have are always addressed accordingly, I've very happy with the customer service so I am very impressed with this place.

I've been living here for quite sometime now. I have always been very happy with this apartment complex and the work orders are always done very quickly. I see myself living here a few years more and from the time I signed my lease to now I have never really thought about moving. I have such a wonderful environment around me and hope that my experience helps shape others decisions on where to move if they are looking for a place to live.

I fell in love with this place from the start. It is a breathtaking property and i'm very happy to live here.

I say beware because honestly if you're looking for somewhere to move into and then move out, this is not the place for you. It's too perfect, I told myself that I was going to stay at an apartment for about a year and save enough for a house. That was 2 years ago and I already signed my renewal for a third year. I'm telling you, the space, the people, the location, and especially the prices, can you seriously blame me for not wanting to leave? So if you're looking for a place to sleep go elsewhere. If you're looking for a home to love and cherish, you've found it!

This place is great I really did enjoy visiting. They were very helpful and friendly.

I'm not much for reviewing on anything but I feel like it was needed in this case. I really enjoyed my visit here and will be coming back.

I've already recommended these apartments to all of my family members and they're days away from moving in. This alone should speak volumes on how much I enjoy living here. It's fantastic.

This cannot be the same Maple Trial I visited 2 years ago?!? I mean I thought this ad was a joke when I fist saw it. I was looking to move back down to Pasadena and get closer to family, I had visited these apartments before I left for an internship and it was chaos outside and inside. Truly i'm amazed at all the changes, this has to be a new company that took over because trust me these apartments didn't look this great.

I stopped by today to take a look and this one apartment they showed me was so amazing. I think the lady said it was just to show but can I just have the one I saw? Hahaha just playing around, but really stop by it's great and the ladies are super nice.

Wow, honestly that's all I can say is wow. I lived here before and I just moved back in and wow. From the office to maintenance, from outside to inside everything has really changed for the better. Thank you Rockstar all I can say is WOW!

We used to live here.... there is MOLD. All they do is put white paint over it over and over. Roaches are everywhere. People around you make you feel uneasy. Just don't do it. Oh and the sidewalk floods SUPER EASY with a little heavy rain.

I moved in about 9 days ago and so far it's been really nice. The staff is very friendly and i am enjoying all the renovations they are doing.

Mi familia y yo hemos vivido en Maple trail por 5 anos, la compania anterior nunca nos habia arreglado nada en el apartamento. siempre nos quejabamos y nada. cuando esta nueva compania entro todas las quejas que teniamos se arreglaron en un dia. Estamos muy contentos con todos los arreglos que Tambien estan hacienda en el exterior de la propiedad y nosotros renovaremos por otro ano.

02/22/18 So I know everyone says “rent is cheap I can deal with everything else” but you don’t get it when ppl say this is the worst place possible to rent. I put in my app before I had seen the place because I needed a place to stay ASAP and 2 hrs later they said I was approved so I go check out the place. They have these stairs before you get to the apt doors that are so dirty and ugly & with no lights. The apt itself was so run down it looked like they painted over & winged it for the rest of the stuff. Mailboxes were open and ppl were all staring once you were walking in. I would never rent there & I would advise anyone with kids, single mothers & single ladies please don’t risk it. I could never wonder how I ppl could be okay with living like that. These ppl will rent to anyone, two yrs no convictions and felonies & broken leases past 6mths. If you wanna worry about your safety, your stuff inside your apt & your car please rent here.

I have lived here for a year and a half almost and hated it wish I had never signed the lease. These people will rent to anybody there's drug addicts and drug dealers this place is the slums of Pasadena. The police is there almost daily and they never fix nothin and everything goes out. Rent is way too high for this place and it is roach and rat infested oh and mold too. Please learn from my mistake don't rent here it's just not worth it. Honest to god truth.

I have lived here a year! Nothing has been fixed, and I think the maintenence people are not real ones. I think they are random guys that they hired. My mailbox has been broken into several times. My new car was vandilized and management told me that's why I car insurance. They talk to you rudely and are no help! I have heard many of they random people that drive through here talk about drug deals! This place is not a good place to live!
